Answer:
I just had to replace some water damaged paneling. First you have to take off the damaged paneling. If the paneling is puffy and cracking. Then I used this product on the sub wall, two coats, and put up the new paneling. Works great if you do it right.

Answer:
Hello, Tinting is not recommended for stainblocking
applications. KILZ COMPLETE primer may be tinted with up to 2 ounces of universal colorant per gallon for non-stainblocking projects. Tinting to a lighter shade than the
topcoat is recommended. If you have additional questions, please contact us directly at ask@kilz.com. Thanks!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Product This is great stuff and does exactly what its suppose to do October 11, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good stuff Dried fast seals and looks good smells bad so wear a mask September 20, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by The Only One For Me I have been using Kilz for a long time. Its fast drying, easy, and really seals. The upshot works well, but the paint dust goes everywhere, so I stick to the canned. WEAR GLOVES, this is a bear to get off your hands. Otherwise, you get your bang for your buck. June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very good at covering water stains on a ceiling We are getting a mid 1970's mobile home ready for sale and had to cover the water stains on the ceiling from leaks that have been fixed. The ceiling had never been painted so the stains needed two coats of the oil based Kilz to cover the stains. This did not surprise me as the first coat of primer was sucked right into the ceiling. Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kilz Complete I use this on exterior bare wood. It dries faster and sticks better than the SW product. It seems difficult to apply smoothly. It has "that smell" that stays in your nose for hours. August 9, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Good for another 50 years! I was able to restore and protect my much neglected attic Windows with the help of this great paint! Easy to use, great coverage and finish but most importantly a saving of $900 over replacement windows! December 29, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Decent I prefer zinser. KILZ.seemed to take too long to dry for a primer. Zinser/Bullseye is ALWAYS dry (first part or item painted) by the time I finish and I can start right away painting. May 31, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Working good on my out door garage decor, also from HD. I needed oil based paint to touch up some outdoor spots that are subjected to rain. Like the white color, may not even need to add another coat, as this is nice. February 25, 2014
