I thought this side sprayer was a decent deal. On the package it says "universal/works with most applications" etc.. TOTALLY wrong. After 3 trips and about $40 in misc. fittings and adapters I finally (with the help of about 5 home depot employees) found all the parts to adapt this to a standard non-compression valve. After weeks of it sitting under my kitchen sink it's finally installed. The finger trigger does not close properly and it drips on my countertop. Worthless product. FAIL!!! Kohler will never again get any of my money.

It's light weight, doesn't stand up straight in its mount, hose was kinked from packaging and never straightened out and the water was restricted causing the spray to be weak. It's now leaking after 5 weeks of use. I will be returning it.

Used for one month and the neck broke spraying water everywhere, very cheap and a complete waste of money.

Very low water pressure!! The nut used to connect the hose to the faucet has been changed from a hex nut to what looks like a 10 sided nut (almost a circle) making the specialty plumbers tool useless! Why put this on the shelf with such low water pressure? Did you test it before ordering 600,000 non refundable units from China?

One year old and shot plastic garbage; started to leak three months ago so I just left it in the sink. Then it began to leak heavily when I pressed the button so I attempted to take it apart and fix it. . I found it was plastic and I was unable to replace the washer! Then it separated from the hose this is Kohler?
