After waiting two months to get this $3,000 tub it was not level. My contractor worked over a week trying everything he could think of. The tub looked great, but water would pool in the back of it and would not drain. He took it out and reinstalled it at least twice, which took several more hours than he had originally planned. We knew it wasn't the floor because it is perfectly level. As a last resort, he took uninstalled again and took it back to the store we purchased it from. They agreed it was not level and did not hassle us when we returned it. We do appreciate that, however, they did not seem interested in trying to expedite a replacement. They indirectly told us we were on our own. I was very disappointed in Home Depot after all the money we have spent there during this renovation. So we're left with an empty space in our master bath, while we shop around for a new tub (not at Home Depot).
