I used the archer set from Kohler. Apparently, installing the valve was annoying to my contractor, but I love the whole set. The shower head is really nice and everything works really well.

Hello, my name is Elissa with KOHLER Customer Service. I would be happy to help you with your Soaking Tub question.
The 1123-RA-96 is made of acrylic and there is not color all the way through, so we would not recommend any alterations or cutting to the product.
For assistance with ordering please work with your local Home Depot.

Rated 5.0 out of 5 by 4 reviewers.
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Johore 5 foot soaking tub We installed this tub when we remodeled the bathroom. It is beautiful; holds a lot of water; was easy to install. May 24, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great tub I am 5'10" and wanted to take good baths. Looked for a deep soaking tub to try to achieve this in a condo space. It is much better than my previous tub squatty little tub. No idea if it was easy to install or not because my contractor did it. The drain so far is holding up. Someone complained about the arm rests - they really aren't meant to be a full arm rest, but it is a spot to rest your elbows. I didn't find any discomfort with the arm rests. The water still doesn't fully cover me, but with a 5' space, you get what you get and the deep soak drain is fabulous. It is still a standard height so you don't have to swing your legs way up and over if you are short. Overall, great tub -wish it was a bit taller to allow for a deeper soak, but in this price range, it is great. It looks very pretty installed as well. The overflow drain is a smidge loud, but nothing too crazy - If it bothers you just tap your foot on the bottom drain to let out enough water that it doesn't flow through the overflow drain anymore. Easy. October 27, 2014
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Tub If you dont want jets and have limited space this tub makes a much greater impact than the typical standard tub. It really looks much more substantial and was pretty reasonable in price. Make sure you order the special overflow drain-its separate and you need it for the horizontal overflow. December 28, 2010
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Deep soak tub Deep soak tub with sleek overflow design. Cheap way to have a deep soak tub. March 3, 2011
