Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not the best purchase Ive ever made online I thought I was getting a good deal on a tub but when it arrived it was damaged and had to be returned. This caused delays with my bathroom renovation and cost me time and money with my contractor. Finally received the tub 8 days later when I was told it would be expediated. The tub was installed with no problems. This experence taught me that on line purchases that may cost less for critical items may not be the the best way to go. Customer service was helpful and did reduce the price somewhat for my troubles and was appreciated December 14, 2014
