Can't order in 'Dune' color - changes the model?

When I try to add the quiet close lid in the 'Dune' color, it immediately changes the seat model to the regular elongated model (without the K in front). All other colors appear to work properly? Also changes the price from $39 to $55. The description below still refers to the 'quiet model' but the top item description doesn't??

Also, is the Dune color basically a light grey?

Hello, my name is Leah with KOHLER Customer Service. I am happy to assist you with your seat question.
I apologize you were unable to find the information you were looking for. I apologize, I am unsure if there was an issue with the website when you were trying to order, as it appears to be working now. The price should reflect $55.80. Dune is light neutral shade, that is a dark off-white color.

Rated 3.0 out of 5 by 10 reviewers.
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Kohler Cachet toilet seat Cheap feeling, quiet close function keeps the seat from staying open, ordered another unit and rec'd a broken one. Very disappointing, and i'm stuck with a seat that you have to hold up when you "go". I buy Kohler because I want a quality product and this did not meet the HI-QUALITY standard. July 19, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great Purchase Can't go wrong with Kohler. Love the product and the color works too. June 18, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Good product Pro-Easy to install Con-Didn't come with all the hinge parts but the store took one out of the display. May 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Broken screw cover Came with a broken part. Looks like the piece was broken before put in packaging. April 5, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Missing part One of the two small plastic inserts that fit into the base of the seat was missing. Why doesn't the seat come with the plastic inserts already installed? I don't know if it is Kohler's fault or Home depot but It never should have happened. Poor quality assurance on some ones part. October 27, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Taking it back! Purchased the seat to replace a very similar seat that broke when the lid fell shut (my three year old playing with the toilet). First issue I noticed is the seats by Kohler are not marked to indicate the model, so matching the old seat has been difficult. Second, after reading the reviews, I still wasn't sure what was meant by the Q3 Advantage? Quick removal of the seat for cleaning purposes translates into a seat that will not stay in place and, one that, as others have noted, is a pain to install, even thought we are working with simple plastics. It is the attachment system that fails this seat. I don't care to remove my seat to clean it, I'd rather know that when I go to sit, the chair isn't being pulled out from underneath me. One last thing, if my three year old can break the previous seat, I am sure she can entirely remove the replacement quick detach seat. It's not the brand, I am complaining about it is the design. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Welcome to the toilet nightmare I bought 2 kohler toilets;around a $1000, so expected them to be 'perfect". The delivery was a lot of time and effort to be here when they arrived; time off work , etc. and coordinating a plumber. THe one piece was fine, but the 2 piece sandbar was a series of problems. THe bowl wasn't completely painted and showed black in one of the lower corners; unfortunately on the side you could see. THen the toilet seat was in 2 different colors!!; so it actually looked like 3 different shades going on. Another seat I ordered had some superficial nicks in it. Ultimately, I had everything taken out and they sent a replacement bowl and the freight company broke a couple of boards on the edge of my deck hauling the toilet box in on a huge dolly!!!; another charge from plumber;new supplies, etc. and the whole litany of coordination, time and money; then the plumber was going to charge me for taking the basically the new/unpainted bowl with him. There was so much expense and effort in this whole ordeal. But it was mostly the time effort of taking off work, calls, coordination that was such a huge hit to me. We are renovating our house and we practically live in Home Depot and buy hundreds/thousands of dollars worth of things throughout these past 3 years. It's a great store and usually great products, but not this time and it this was a horrible experience all around. September 15, 2011
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Cachet Seat This is a good toilet seat. Easy to install. No more slamming toilet seats. It has a quick realease feature that allows the seat to be removed easily to allow cleaning of the toilet area around where the seat attaches. January 3, 2011
