I have not long installed this toilet. The installation process was easy but beware the bowl is quite big and heavy. My young strong son did the heavy lifting. Also the water inlet line from my old toilet was not long enough for this higher toilet so had to trip to the store for a new, longer one.
I liked the look/design of this toilet as it was pictured online and I will say that it is every bit as sleek and stylish looking as it was pictured. As pretty as a toilet can be I reckon :-)
My one caveat: the selling feature for this toilet for me was the 1.28 GPF that it uses, therefore being a water saver. It is actually a 1.28 to 1.6 GPF and the default setting on mine was obviously set to the 1.6 GPF setting. There is a line etched into the side of the the black tubular flushing mechanism which indicates the water level for a 1.28 GPF and initially the water level on mine was a good 1.5 to 2" above that mark. I turned the adjuster counter clockwise to move the float to its lowest level and the water now comes to just a fraction of an inch below that mark. Personally, I would have much preferred the default to have already been set to it's lowest level not it's highest. That's all. Pretty toilet. Really. :-)

Replaced a 50 year old toilet that kept clogging. Order came in two boxes including a huge box for base. Double boxed with lots of protective padding, so no damage problems. Had a plumber install. Tank is shorter and smaller than old toilet, so further from the wall. Looks fine. Flushes easily and fills quickly with less noise than in past. My daughter bought two of these for her house and is happy with them. I am short, so still getting used to comfort height, but plumber recommended this for master bath and older clients. I don't think I would choose for main bathroom that children would use. Would have chosen 1.6 gallon tank, but not available. Hopefully we won't have any more clogs.

This toilet was for a small guest bath and the size was perfect. It looks good in the space.
The matching toilet seat was not as good because the lid scratched on the way out of the box .
The comfort height is very good. It was easy to install.
I chose a round seat for the depth needed but would choose an elongated one if space allowed.

The item arrived earlier than expected and the service at the Home Depot was great. The toilet bowl was defective. The porcelain coating was missing in a tiny part at the center of the bowl. A small defect, but in a spot that would have eventually damaged the piece and that would have allowed for bacteria to gather there all the time. Returning it was simple, but since it is an item not carried by my store and I did not have the time to wait for a Kholer replacement Inbougt an American Standard H2O toilet instead.

The toilet was easy to install. It is working just fine. The older Cimarron model leaked terribly so I had to replace.

I have had this toilet for a couple months now and the flushing power is the best. I installed it myself very easy to do. The seat is sold separate which was no big deal for me the specs tell you that upfront. The only issue I had was that the tank had a scratch on the front of it but I was able to buff it out with a scouring pad. The comfort height is perfect for me and my wife who are 5'6'' and 5'5''. Definitely worth the money.

I like the size of this toilet. I also like the look. The seat did not come with it, so I ordered it. Initially, I had problems at the Home Depot store. When my contractor went to pick up the toilet, the tank was missing. I was so upset and disappointed because that stalled my move-in date. I lost money because I had to pay additional money to stay in another place until my toilet arrived. I was not impressed with how the managers handled the situation. I've only been using the toilet for about a month. So, I'm not sure if it will stand up to the test of time. One thing that I don't like about the toilet is that I can hear it filling up after I flushed it. I don't know if that is normal but I was under the assumption that I would not hear it filling up. However, the flush is powerful.
