I bought two toilets and both are malfunctioning. One needs a replacement of 4 batteries every week (we barely use that bathroom) and the other one after flushing the "cap" (don't know the name but you got it) doesn't always go back and the water keeps leaking; so guess what my water bill is..??
Returning process is difficult because they are installed already. I will be looking to buy new manual tanks and leave the toilets in place.
This is a review of the product not of Home Depot returning policy.

Bought it less than one year ago and the flushing mechanism keeps malfunctioning. Flushes by itself. I changed batteries, made sure everything was dry, to no avail. As of this morning, it does not work at all. Again, I changed the batteries, but still no luck.. A total pain, now where do I go to get the module?

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by NC Touchless Toilet
We have replaced 4 of the stools in 2 houses with Kohler products in 2 houses and they worked very well. I updated another bathroom a few months ago with a touchless stool and cannot recommend it. We get phantom flushes almost daily.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JEANNETTE Don't even think on buying this toilet. Touchless system keeps breaking and there is not way to flush the toilet manually once it's broken
I bought this CIMARRON TOUCHLESS COMFORT HEIGHT 2-PIECE 1.28 GPF ELONGATED TOILET WITH AQUAPISTON FLUSHING TECHNOLOGY IN WHITE
and TOUCHLESS system stop working.
I change batteries, and sensor was damaged it keeps flushing the toilet continuously until drain every battery used.
Then bought a new replacement kit. I t worked for 1 or 2 months and the new kit also stop working as well.
There is a solution that KHOLER offers for those customers that already bought this toilet and are stuck with it?
There is a way KHOLER send a replacement kit for this toilette to work manually? TOUCHLESS system doesn't work
Toilet is already installed and it's not working at All

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Faisal Great addition to my toilet
The toilet shipped in two boxes (1 for tank and 1 for toilet seat).Tank shipped with all the parts to connect with toilet. Toilet however does not come with the seat, cover and wax ring and that will be your additional cost. . You will also need waterproof white sealant for the toilet base, I used Kwik Seal Plus from Home Depot which is easy to apply and dries in 2 hours.
Following the instructions in the manual, installation was a breeze. Every step was clearly illustrated which certainly helped. Any DIYer can install it without any trouble what so ever. It took me about 1 hour to remove the old one and install the new one.
Toilet’s overall design is pretty standard, what really stands out is its smart flushing tank that triggers with hand motion. It’s powered by 4 AA batteries (included). I like the fact that there are no holes in the tank. The screws that connect the tank with the toilet are housed in a pre-installed bracket under the toilet.
I am using the bidet on this toilet to thoroughly enjoy super luxurious personal hygiene and cleanliness. I really do not touch the toilet at all during use and that’s just priceless. Flushing is really quiet and consumes only 1.6 gallons per flush which translates into less carbon foot print as I am saving more water now.
it’s certainly a great addition to my toilet and highly recommend it.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Todaro Phamtom flushes
The toilet phamtom flushes thoughout the day and night. Kohler sent me a fix-it kit but still have issues and have to re-set at least once a week. Go with the toilet that has a flush handle. It's not that difficult to flush a normal toilet. Chair height and oblong is a plus but the waste of water makes it a no-go for me. My wife talked me into it and it was a mistake. We bought another chair height/oblong toilet with the Home Depot brand for 1/3 of the cost and it works great. Kohler is a great name, but a touchless toilet in anyones home is just not necessary. I most likely will change out the back to one with a lever and ditch the batteries and other parts.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Jerald777 Touchless was fine for 8 months, but no more
My last 4 toilets have been Kohler, and have been good products - until this one. The touchless worked ok for about 8 months, then all of the sudden it starts flushing all the time. It wakes us up flushing. It just flushed 4 times in about 5 minutes, with no one in the room.
Stick to the old fashioned lever.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JCP Don't buy this toilet
I had my contractor install 6 months ago. Would throw it out if I could. The motor unit is garbage have been through 2 of them. 1/2 the time it doesn't flush correctly and the toilet runs all day. It also ghost flushes all the time. The Home Depot guy said its clog free. I wish I could have him come over and plung this toilet each time it clogs. Junk, poor cheap plastic design. Stay away. As soon as I can it's going bye bye.
