The Home Depot Installer realized the gasket and screws between the tank and the lower bowl were missing. The local Home Depot provided the missing items but the generic items don't work with a CIMARRON toilet. These items are CIMARRON specific and then the installer realized no toilet seat.

AFTER 4 ATTEMPTS TO GET ONE THAT WAS NOT BROKEN, THE FINAL ONE WAS NOT PAINTED COMPLETELY. THIS IS NOT WHAT I EXPECTED FROM A KOHLER BRAND.

The toilet shipped in two boxes (1 for tank and 1 for toilet seat).Tank shipped with all the parts to connect with toilet. Toilet however does not come with the seat, cover and wax ring and that will be your additional cost. . You will also need waterproof white sealant for the toilet base, I used Kwik Seal Plus from Home Depot which is easy to apply and dries in 2 hours.
Following the instructions in the manual, installation was a breeze. Every step was clearly illustrated which certainly helped. Any DIYer can install it without any trouble what so ever. It took me about 1 hour to remove the old one and install the new one.
Toilet’s overall design is pretty standard, what really stands out is its smart flushing tank that triggers with hand motion. It’s powered by 4 AA batteries (included). I like the fact that there are no holes in the tank. The screws that connect the tank with the toilet are housed in a pre-installed bracket under the toilet.
I am using the bidet on this toilet to thoroughly enjoy super luxurious personal hygiene and cleanliness. I really do not touch the toilet at all during use and that’s just priceless. Flushing is really quiet and consumes only 1.6 gallons per flush which translates into less carbon foot print as I am saving more water now.
it’s certainly a great addition to my toilet and highly recommend it.

I love everything about the toilet except the flushing capability. It’s touchless but missing a bit flushing power. This toilet is using 1.28 gallons per flush, of course that’s less water consumption but it does not always completely flush the waste. Other household members noticed the same behavior that at times it needs 2 flushes. I think 1.6 GPF would have been a better choice. Other than that, I have no complaints. Installation is very easy that anyone (with no experience) can easily do it. Sensor’s trigger mechanism works perfectly.
This toilet does not come with the seat so we got Kholer Cachet LED nightlight elongated seat (from Home Depot) for this. It’s a perfect match and looks very nice on the toilet.

Great chair height design. This makes getting on and off much more comfortable. Eco friendly with decreased water usage during the flushing process. No more swirling of the water as it comes all at the same time from every side. This makes flushing far more efficient. No more germs on the flush handle. Wave your hand and the toilet flushes. Easy to install, took about 45 minutes. Have an extra set of hand available to help with setting the toilet on the wax ring. Ingenious design.

We installed this toilet approximately 6 months ago thinking it was a dream come true living in a house with all boys. The aquapiston device has failed twice and now I am stuck with a toilet that must be flushed manually by lifting the lid! ARGH!!! Now I am worse off than when they just didn't flush the old fashion way!!!

OK, maybe this is a bit much, even for gadget lovers, but it works flawlessly. The toilet installation is the same as a traditional chair height toilets, with the exception of the toilet lever...there is none! You will, however, need to mount the control module inside the tank and install the batteries, but the sensor is already installed on top the toilet tank lid (cover). The toilet has smooth, curving lines that have a simple style.
Although the automated flusher works perfectly, I wonder if the control module will be affected over time by the moisture in the tank. Only time will prove the longevity of the module under these conditions.
The flush valve also works without issues of seeping or weak flushes. It's able to clear the bowl easily with a mere 1.28 gallons. The tank uses a flushing "drum" as opposed to the traditional stopper/flapper. Since the introduction of this design, I was hesitant about purchasing this type of toilet, primarily due to availability of parts. But as these toilets are becoming more common, so is local availability of parts. In fact, Home Depot is now carrying most (if not all) of them. Additionally, this concern may be totally unfounded. I installed a toilet with a flush drum and traditional flush lever over 5 years ago and I haven't had to change any seals or drum parts yet. So this system may prove to have much more longevity than traditional stopper/flapper style flusher valves!
In summary, this toilet has proved to be a worth while appliance in every way!

Touchless technology. Wasn't really "sold" on it till I got this toilet. Pretty heat! Works as it should. 2-Piece toilet is easy to install & comes with what is needed. Works great. Low-flow has been a problem for us in the past but this one clears the bowl quite well. Replaced a 5 year old "low-flow" toilet & this one works day & night better!
