Prchased two of these toilets. Originally they were fine...Nine months later, one of the two began flushing on its own. Contacted Kohler customer service. No problem, they sent out the replacement part and we've had no problems with it since. Now, the other toilet just stopped flushing. We changed the batteries, nothing! Readjusted the flushing kit, nothing! Frustrated! Plumber told us we needed to replace the insides (for lack of a better term). Already? This toilet is just over a year old. I was at my last house for 15 years and the toilets continue to work just fine. Very disappointed with this Kokler product.

This was easy to install and worked ok for a few months then it just quit flushing on its own. We changed the batteries, nothing. Checked the new batteries, they were fine, checked to make sure they were in correctly, yep. Made sure nothing was in the way to impede contact, yep. It just won't work anymore. Very upsetting for toilet less than a year old to quit.

This toilet has been the greatest! I have the "Phantom Flush and it has clogged in months. Top notch for sure.

Touchless feature a joke! Have to keep lid off to flush. Bought two of these toilets neither worked properly after a few months.

Good simple toilet. Seems very will built. Easy installation. Make sure you buy the wax ring kit before you leave the store. It does NOT come with one. Mine toilet system did NOT come with a lid. I am not sure if that is standard so please check before you leave the store as well. The Touchless flush is a good feature. I wouldnt recommend if you plan on stacking item on top of the tank or if you have kids you like to play with the feature. Wish there was an easy way to flush if the batteries were ever to run out. All in all a good solid toilet.

Installation was fairly easy for me because I've done this before, but if this is your first time, definitely consult a friend! I needed help regardless, and it's always good to have assistance when it comes to placing the toilet onto the wax ring with the t-bolts. Everything sat properly, and was done in under an hour. The tank was already set up, I just had to hook up the water outlet! Now, the product did not include silicon nor any tools for tightening the bolts; have no fear, Home Depot has what you need! It does include a wax ring, though.
This thing has everything you need: the touch-less sensor on the top allows you to flush without pulling the handle! It also plays a beeping sound right before flushing. The only part that requires your actual touch is the top of the seat, which is slam-proof and silent when closing. What a relief! The flush is quite powerful as well.
Overall, this product will definitely give you the upgrade of all toilets. It is like an all-in-one printer, but for toilets. Not having to push the handle down, gives you one less thing to touch, and the no-slam seat is a nice feature as well. It's also rather quiet when filling. It will get the job done without a fuss, and I definitely recommend it.

I got this toilet a little over a year ago, it worked great for a while, but now it randomly flushes occasionally which isn't too big of a deal, but the main issue I have is that when I got it, the batteries lasted a couple months, but now, brand new Energizer or Duracell batteries only last 3-5 days before they are completely dead. Not sure what to do other than buy a new toilet.
