Just received the product via Internet order. Do not think supply lines will be long enough to connect to existing water supplies. What are my options?

Answer:
The supply lines may be short ... I needed to purchase two extension supply lines (Home Depot has them in the plumbing dept and they are inexpensive.) A simple fix.

Go to Home Depot and purchase an extension for your supply line. These are inexpensive and work perfectly. I had to do the same thing.

Thank you for your inquiry. Unfortunately, we do not manufacture a specific supply tube at a longer length. This may require further assistance from a plumbing contractor.

Sure. Mine is mounted on granite without the plate, and looks good. Just leave it off when installing.

Answer:
I am not familiar with a Kangan water filter. I have a separate water filter unit (different manufacturer) installed next to this faucet. I don't think you'd want to embellish this faucet with any 'attachment'. Use a separate water filter unit for a water filter. This product is too attractive as is.

I'm not sure but it may be the 'cartridge' ... this was the problem I had with my previous faucet which I replaced with this Kohler unit. Sometimes lack of use 'dries' out parts and can cause a leak. Maybe just time to replace your faucet with the latest version.

It's difficult to say what needs to be replaced, you need to check underneath with a flashlight, turn on the water, and watch to see where the leak is coming from, then you will know, It could be something that has worked it self loose, like where the sprayer hose attaches to the spray head, or the opposite end of that hose could be loose or may need a $3 washer. Take pictures and bring them into your nearest Home Depot for assistance. Below I have included the installation manual, or you can also contact Kohler.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Excellent Well made, easy too install , functional, looks nice as well June 7, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Kohler Warranty I have enjoyed using my Coralis kitchen facet for nearly 10 years. When it became difficult to move the facet from one sink bowl to the other, Kohler sent me a new facet for FREE. These have a lifetime warranty. March 8, 2016
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice Faucet This is a good choice for a small kitchen or if you want a faucet that s not too high. Good quality at a good price. February 23, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very nice looking and function We are enjoying this faucet a lot. It's just as advertised, easy to use and seems like a quality product. It was easy to install. I am a semi-professional as it comes to home improvements such as this but I think anyone with moderate mechanical skills would have no problems. April 30, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Doing fine so far This was installed by a plumber a month ago and has done fine so far. Be aware that the part that goes into the counter is rather short. My plumber had to cut away some of the under-cabinet to install it. I will have to wait and see as to longevity. As to how it looks: the arched faucets are more in style than this straight style, but the arched ones all seem to come with the handle on the bottom right side. I wanted something that worked for right-handed as well as left-handed users, and this fills the bill for that. Water pressure is decent but I wish it were a little stronger. March 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Quality product - really easy to install !! It took me about 2 hours to remove the old fixture and about 15 minutes to install the new one. I am really happy with this product. It is substantial. I really like that the water flow is less than my old one as it will save water too. A great investment for my kitchen! August 18, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great faucet I've had this faucet for a month now, it has held up well. I got the brushed chrome finish. It was tough to find some info, so hopefully this helps others. The supply lines are integrated and don't seem to be removable. They are 16" long. For one supply I needed a 12" 3/8 to 3/8 compression extension line. There is a metal ring with o-ring for a single-hole install and a plate for a 3 hole install. Both are included. The faucet tightens to the sink via just the center hole and is maybe 95% secure. If you push down on the faucet from the sprayer it flexes just a bit. Overall I'm quite satisfied and it seems like it will last a long time. Very solid. December 18, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by excellent addition to sink Looks great; easy installation, though had to add extensions to the water supply lines. Usually supply lines are long enough to be sufficient for almost any installation. Not here. For the price, you'd think they'd make supply lines longer. July 7, 2015
