It seems you have to pay out the nose for a decent, full metal faucet, and I felt like we did just that for this one, but alas no. With that said we've enjoyed the magnetic nozzle lock, sweep spray, and overall look in our new and modern kitchen. Time will tell on quality of the parts. I'd recommend it, but know you'll probably have to pay double to get full metal construction.

We are renovating our rental units as the tenants leave and will definitely use this pull down sprayer for all the units. It is a sleek functional kitchen faucet.

I returned this immediately after opening the box. Despite my taking measurements before ordering this faucet was ridiculously big. I'm giving this two stars based on my long and now severed history with Kohler faucets. I've had three over the last 10 years and I've had to replace each one.
The one I bought in exchange for the Cruette that was so big was the Barossa and it was a disaster to install. It came with non functioning parts for the install which a DIYer might not understand right away. Moved on to a Delta and it was a piece of cake to install and functions beautifully.

Maybe I just didn't know what to expect but this faucet splatters water all over the counter. It's difficult to get the water flow low enough not to spatter and the sprayer goes everywhere. For some silly reason I expected the "sweep spray" was in addition to a regular spray. Not so, or I can't figure out how to do it. This was a terrible mistake!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Nan Great faucet!
We love this faucet which we have been using almost a year. Once my husband was able to remove the old Delta leaking faucet, he installed this one without any trouble. The important thing is to get the magnet on the hose below the sink locked on at the proper location. With him under the sink and my testing the pull down from above, we were able to have it just right in a short amount of time. I love being able to easily clean all corners of our double sink which has rather square corners that our old faucet was unable to reach. The sprayer is easy to secure back on the faucet.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lindsey Worked great for three years
This faucet was installed three years ago and worked great until recently. Now it will not stay on spray or stream and instead clicks back to somewhere in between. It also makes a very loud sound like an elephant. I have emailed Kohler and I am waiting for a response. I tried to call their 800 number but the number did not work.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by amb1976 Best kitchen faucet ever! Love it.
This Kohler Cruette faucet is wonderful. My husband said it's "awesome." It comes with flex tubing already on it; super easy to install. It's very solid, heavier than any faucet we've purchased and we've installed new kitchen faucets five or six times in 30+ years. We updated our kitchen and wanted to get it right so I researched several sites for reviews; all of them positive on this particular faucet. My main concern was leaking and how the pull-down sprayer would perform. Reviews indicated that it didn't leak, even a year or two later as the parts aren't plastic like some faucets. It has a button on the sprayer that allows you to pause the water so you don't have to use the handle; comes in handy when I'm going from one sink to the other. Can't say enough good things about this faucet. You won't be sorry.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by FireProof Simple and elegant design. Easy to install and use.
The faucet arrived quickly; shipping was very fast! Installation was even easier than the old faucet it replaced. The instructions were very easy to understand. I'm not a novice, but a novice could easily install this faucet. In use, the spray is very powerful, which takes some getting used to. The pull-out easily docks in the spout; the magnet is a simple addition that vastly improves the utility of this product. If it lasts as long as the old one did, this will be money well spent.
