Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by J4R3D Great Tub, Great Price, Great Service
Love this tub. We wanted a whirlpool tub that also was usable as an "every day boring tub". We have 3 young children, and this is the only tub in the house, so we wanted something flexible. This tub does it all. Super comfy to soak in, jets are not too noisy, much much quieter than some I have been in. I took the precaution of insulating the walls around the tub to help keep the noise down, but I am not sure how necessary that was. Jets are adjustable- both direction, and pressure, very nice. The foot jets are worth the price of admission alone :-)
Install was not bad. First tub was a reject. It was slightly warped, and was cracked. Home Depot handled the return wonderfully- was able to return it to a local store, didn't have to mess with shipping, and they reordered it for me. Second time it came strapped to a pallet- not just a loose box, and it was in good shape. HD honored the original sale price and everything. Very easy to work with Kudos to Customer Service!
With the second tub, it went in perfectly. It uses a mortar base to set the tub into for weight distribution and to firm up things. Very solid install, no creaking or squeaking. Tile flange is integrated, and works fine.
Seems to clean easy, a quick wipe down cleans things up. Do the recommended care for the jet system, and you should be good.
Kohler has lots of documentation on their site, I recommend looking up the rough in information and install guide to get a feel for things before it arrives.
Shipping was about 6 days second time (early January) and about 10 days (peak season December)
Overall. A great tub, and would recommend to a friend. If we build a new home/remodel again, we would probably put this, or another Kohler product in again.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Jeff The Kohler name is synonymous with quality and the Devonshire bath whirlpool lived up to every expectation of my customer. The pump and motor tuck under the apron nicely and while taking up some tub space, Kohler has engineered the ergonomics so that the bather has a very comfortable position. The jets are easily adjustable and the finish is first rate. The only comment came from the ceramic tile installer when he noticed the the front apron at the floor had a slight bow in it. I plan on promoting this whirlpool tub to more customers in the future.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bsoaker High quality product - very satisfied with purchase!
I am very glad I purchased this tub as a replacement to an existing standard OLD bathtub. It fit into the existing space without any modifications necessary and looks great! The quality of this product is excellent. I love the depth and the jets are all adjustable and have excellent jetting capacity - bottom line: it looks great and feels great! I did not get the heater, and am glad I didn't spend the extra money because it is definitely not necessary. The water stays sufficiently hot for the duration of my very long soaks! I'm very happy with this tub.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by HouseElf Great Tub worth the money
I bought this tub after returning an American Standard tub. If you are 5' 8" then this tub will be a good fit. It is well built compared to others but I did not install it as some things are left to professionals. I did do all of the tile work around the tub and think the build of the tub adds to the beauty. This tub will not work for a person who is larger than 200 pounds. You will need to upgrade to a wider and possibly longer tub. It is possible to add an in line heater despite what you might be told. I know because I did it. Although I have to say I am not sure it is necessary to have an in line heater as the water seems stay warm for a while. I am waiting for the dead of winter in Wisconsin to decide.
Worth the extra money to do it up right.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by bbunch5 Very Happy with this purchase!
We looked at what seemed to be a million different tubs. We don't have a ton of space, just enough for a regular 60 inch tub, but I wanted a whirlpool. This tub was easy to install (did require two power lines for heater and spa). It is very beautiful, we love it! Our plumber and electrician were both pleased with our choice! We had thought about a Sterling (lower end on the Kohler brand) and the plumber said that we went the right way with this tub. So happy we spent the extra $$, worth every penny! I think you will be equally as happy as we are!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by ericy321 great tub
This is a very good quality tub. Definitely not for an average DIYer to install as you have to work with plumbing, electrical and possibly even some structure items to make sure that the install is correct. I got a Kohler drain and faucet set to go with this and expect it to last many years.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by gurge Deep, sturdy tub
This tub is great. Nice and deep and can easily seat a 6' plus guy like me. The construction is sturdy with a solid base. Everything you'd expect from a Kohler product. Installation is easy but the instructions could be clearer. Don't forget the longer than usual drain and overflow for this tub. Well worth the extra money for a bathroom upgrade.

I never knew how much we would love our Kohler Devonshire whirlpool bath. It is a deep tub with stong jets, and the water stays hot for a long time. I'm very happy with our purchase.
