This was purchased & installed 2 years ago in our newly built home. I have had Kohler, almost same sink in past & after 20 years never had a scratch. This one has scratches & stains very easily. I have tried to use non abrasive product to keep it clean but it stills holds stains too easily. When I think of the one I had in Calif, it was the mauve color while this one is white. That may be the difference but I chose white to go w/the design of my kitchen. I do however like the large deep sink on left and even the right side is large enough for me. As for Kohler I honestly don't think this compares to the quality they pride themselves on.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Larry Great finish and fit - very easy self install. Highly recommended
Looking for a Koehler replacement and chose this sink. Not as deep as my previous one but an excellent fit and finish to it. The self-install was simple and clean - looks fantastic.

I installed the first of this sink over 16 years ago. I only repurchased because I was getting new countertops and wanted "new: to go with. This sink has withstood over 16 years of punishment from the 6 of us. My youngest was 5 when we bought it. I love the dual sizes of the bowls. The lleft side is large enough to hold a big skillet for soaking. The small side is perfect for the garbage disposal, and general cleaning. The four hole configuration is great. It puts the faucet right smack int he middle so that it easily pours into either side. The porcelain/enamel cleans really well, and doesnt' scratch easily.

You may think replacing a sink is simple, and it is if you get the right sink. But there are a lot of things to consider. Things like: style and depth, material, functions for primary use, left handed?, RO or filters, countertop, splash guard, garbage disposal, and more. Why did I pick this sink? Because the evacuation / drain pipe was plumbed relatively high and a deep sink would not drain well. To install a deep sink (9 inches) would require more plumbing changes for both the sink and a dishwasher. Some simple measurements suggested by the HD Rep saved a lot of headaches and money and I got the best sink for my needs. Looks great, and makes life easy in the kitchen.

Really, really bad! The first was replaced by Kohler and the replacement is no better. It scratches and chips very easily on the edges. Don't buy this if you are a DIY person on your own as this sink weighs a ton and needs at least two men to handle We are wondering why on earth we bought it. It looked great in the showroom but just does not hold up under normal wear. Very disappointed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by inthekitchen Looks great. Easy to install. Easy to clean.
This is the second time I have used this sink in a kitchen remodel. I like the wide double basins and the configuration of the fixture holes that allows for a longer basin on one side. The finish looks high-end and is very easy to keep clean. I don't think I have a single scratch after months of use. It is also a very heavy sink, so all my plumber had to do was set it in the cut-out and seal around the edges - no clamps or screws required. This thing is staying put.
