Hello, my name is Sarah with Kohler Co. I am glad to answer your Elate kitchen faucet question. The handle set screw is an Allens screw which would require an Allen wrench for removal. If you have any questions, please contact our Customer Service team at 1-800-456-4537. Thank you for choosing The Bold Look of KOHLER.

Hello, my name is Sarah with Kohler Co. I am glad to answer your finish question. The Vibrant Stainless finish is the recommended finish to compliment a Stainless Steel sink. While the finish is not identical it is the closest match. Thank you for choosing The Bold Look of KOHLER.

Answer:
No. My sink is a lighter shade and the finish is shiny. The faucet has a dull finish. The sink and faucet are about the same color.

None of the documents online (including the Installation and Care Guide) indicate the required radius or diameter of the hole needed in a stone countertop, nor any special offsets.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from What a Great Faucet!! This is a 5 star Product!! We bought this faucet online since it was not available in the store and I was apprehensive since I couldn't see it in person. Still wasn't sure about it until my husband put it in. LOVE this faucet....It is so easy to turn on and off it's almost like the touch on faucets but about $200 cheaper. The pull out works smooth and easily retracts. The height is great for tall pots but tends to make the water splatter somewhat when rinsing things. However, that being said this is probably the best faucet I've ever had the pleasure of using. To me Kohler is the cadillac of faucets so what's not to like. Plus it looks beautiful!!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Awful - stay away The water sprays all over the place - awful! Do not purchase this!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Water flow is constantly being restricted by shut-off valve in spray This faucet has a button on the spray head you can press in to stop the flow of water. The button never fully disengages and so the water volume is constantly being limited. Every so often, I pry out the button with a knife, and the flow is okay for a day or two. And then it engages again, and the flow is restricted. A replacement head costs $50+. I expected much higher quality for the cost of this faucet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from clean, simple, stylish I've really enjoyed this faucet so far. Price was the best on the web (since it included a soap dispenser). Shipping was relatively quick and I had the faucet installed the same night. Installation went well. This is the first faucet I've installed and did not hit any major troubles. The worst part was removing my old one. I enjoy being able to turn the faucet on and off with the back of my hand. Temperature stays fixed right where you left it, which is convenient. The action and movement of all the parts is very pleasing. Not difficult to move, not too loose. The height is significantly higher than my previous faucet and I've enjoyed being less hunched when I use it. The spray function does tend to splatter in my standard sink, but this is a minor complaint. No splatter in the other mode. Brushed stainless cleans easily. Overall, improved the look of my kitchen. Quite pleased.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Faucet for the price! I bought this faucet because it's one of the few out there in this price range that still have actual metal insides and constructed to last! I also really like that it's not as high and awkward like many of those gooseneck pull down faucets!

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Pointers before you buy I replaced a Price Pfizer with this faucet. Heads up: 1) the design of the faucet, with opening laterally to increase water flow, is impeded by the soap dispenser's height, assuming you have standard openings. So, dispenser must be placed opposite side of water control handle on faucet. 2) faucet and associated water connectors did not fit through the standard opening in my countertop; it had to be disassembled to remove the weight on the pull out hose, so everything else could fit and then weight replaced. That being said, I am thus far very happy with the faucet and it's functionality, especially the pause button on the sprayer.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Very Satisfactory Faucet This faucet worked well with none of the low flow or leakage problems reported by previous reviewers. I would have given it 5 stars but the installation process still has some difficulties. Kohler fixed the problem with the weight on the retractable cord by making it free floating so that is no longer a problem. It is much easier to install the faucet if the sink is out of the countertop. The screws that fasten the faucet to the sink are long and somewhat small. Kohler furnishes a plastic socket extension but it is difficult to keep on the nut until it was tight. Since I was installing the faucet to the sink before installing the sink, I was able to get an open end wrench on the nuts and tighten them satisfactorily. It is also easier to install the flexible water lines to the faucet from the supply before putting the sink in the countertop. .
