Ordered this on-line and had it shipped to store. That worked well and was very quick.
This is a quality product with a good solid feel to it. I used it to replace a 25 year old aluminum/acrylic set on a 30 year old tub. Simply replacing the doors, adding some paint and a new light fixture makes for a cheap and dramatic bathroom renovation. If you are trying for a new look in your bathroom, this is a great way to make it happen without ripping everything out. Why rip out a sturdy cast iron tub when you can try this first?
The doors are quality glass. I've had it installed for 6 months now and they look great. I simply squeegee them down after every use. I like that sold feel of the handles installed directly through the glass (see photo).
The track works well. There are three holes on the door tops to allow different wheel placement. I had to use the far right version in order to level the doors. It is working well.
This is not a privacy door. The "falling lines" add a nice designer touch, but do not provide good privacy. This should not be an issue but it should be kept in mind for your desired application.
All hardware is provided in a shrink wrapped card stock. This is VERY helpful in finding the hardware needed. They also threw in a few extra screw hole covers.
Finally, I found the instructions to be pretty good. The latest versions are mostly pictures. I went on Kohler's web site and got an older version which had more words. I recommend doing this and going slow with the installation. Measure three times, cut once. They do provide ample warnings about how you can get in trouble with measuring wrong. Heed their warnings.

the installation is easy, still I made one great mistake: I over-cut the Top Rail a bit, I actually measured multiple times and later found out that the top rail ceiling length is about 1'' longer than the bottom tracking part), in another sentence, the top rail end is not perfectly 90 degree. My over cut doesn't affect the door functions, but it does leave one inch gap in the end ( wife noticed it and not that pleased)

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Coopsmom No worries!
I worried about whether or not these doors would give me the contemporary look I wanted. It does. The metal across the top is wider but since my tile goes up to the ceiling you don't even notice it. My bathroom looks twice as large. This is a solid, heavy set of doors.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Ltl1963 I like these so much I bought these twice...
Bought this for my bathroom and like them so much when I redid my in-laws bathroom I bought them again. They changed a little on bottom channel attachment, preferred the center plastic guide more than the new aluminum track guide.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Preet Solid, elegant and easy to install
I bought this shower door online and picked it up from the nearest Home Depot and did not have any issues. The Nickel finish frame was very sturdy and the frame less clear glass sliding door gave a full view of the beautiful tiles behind. I thought of going with a smoked glass but that would have made the bathroom look a little smaller. The shower door was very easy to install. Of course I had to measure the top and bottom frame for the space and cut them, but apart from the cutting the installation was pretty smooth. The Nickel finish of the frame went along well with the rest of the Nickel accessories in the bathroom.

The doors feel heavy and well made. the frame had to be cut to fit our 54 inch tub, most tub are 60 inches so no cutting would have had to be done had we had the 60 inch tub. The frame is well made and I expect many years out of these door.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Jim Easy to Install, Sharp Design and Great Kohler Customer Service
I purchased this door rather than the Kohler Levity because so many of the Levity's reviews were rants about its difficult installation. The Kohler Fluence was easy to install and in nickel it looks very sharp. My real reason to write this review is to give kudos to Kohler customer service. My door is nickel finish and for some reason the included towel bars that mount on the door were in chrome, not nickel. I emailed Kohler through their website and within 24 hours received a reply saying new towel bars were on order. A couple of days later I was notified they were shipped. They've since arrived, are correct and look great. Kohler didn't ask me to provide photos of the original (incorrect) bars, or return them or anything similar. They just immediately ordered me a new set and shortly thereafter shipped them. Totally hassle free customer service. Impressive!

I purchased this door because of the Clear Coat Technology. I had a cheaper shower door that did not have this feature. Honestly, I should have stayed with the cheaper door. My new shower door is constantly cloudy, hard to clean, and takes a long time to get it even somewhat clear and clean.
I wish I had not purchased this door. This door was far more expensive than the less expensive one but is not worth the money.
