Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Pass this one by We purchased the single model in 2011. In 2013 we had to get the sprayer button replaced. Today, the faucet handle fell off, it's inner connector broken. I don't know what Kohler will do in response to my complaint, but I hope I get to buy a different faucet from another brand. May 21, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Not Happy With this Faucet I've had this faucet for about a year. I've had the plastic buttons replace 3 times now from Kohler. I called again 2 weeks ago for the same problem and customer service stated that "they have a 3 week back order. Just went back to Home Depot and purchase a Delta Leland. I hope this one will last me longer. February 26, 2013
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Nice faucet I have had this faucet for 5 years and love it! This year it has become very tight to turn side to side, but it sounds like it is a pretty simple fix with the right parts. I have had no trouble with the spray buttons at all. I really like the fashion statement it makes. All O rings are going to wear out eventually. August 5, 2013
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Housing rotted after 8 years use Once upon a time a kitchen faucet lasted as long as the house. When I bought this Kohler kitchen faucet I thought I was getting the best. But the main body of the faucet (the "cover") corroded on the inside so badly that it wouldn't move back and forth. There was even a place where it rotted away entirely. Definitely NOT recommended. Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Not durable Bought the kohler product because of the lifetime warranty and assumption of product quality. Have owned this faucet for just under two years and have had to replace a bad spray\stream switch and leaky hose. The we used the warranty to replace the stream switch and the process was relatively painless. We noticed the leaky hose on a Friday evening and Kohler customer service was closed and would not be open again until Monday. Rather than wait to call and receive the new part we were able to order on amazon and have it shipped overnight. I didn't appreciate having to pay for a part but I couldn't wait a week to have a working sink. If I were purchasing another faucet today I'm not sure I would pay more for a Kohler vs a cheap no name brand when they seem to be the same quality. November 23, 2014
