I bought this product to replace a American Standard faucet that began to be difficult to swivel. I couldn't find another American Standard that would duplicate the one I had. I needed a four hole with spray hose. The faucet works fine, however the shape of the main faucet is curved down at the end which allows water to remain in it for a short while after it is shut off. This results in 6 or so drops of water to drip from the faucet after it is shut off. Otherwise, considering the price, this is a satisfactory product.

Bought this faucet in an open box special. It was missing a nut, no big deal was able to purchase the nut for .58 at Home Depot. Anyway our old Kohler faucet had no water pressure at all we thought our well was going bad. Installed this faucet and we have wonderful water pressure :) The hand sprayer is so strong it will shoot across the kitchen! So very happy with this faucet!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DaveKnowsHisWood DO NOT PURCHASE! See important detail below ......
I purchased this faucet at Home Depot 5 years ago. It has leaked for at least the past year. I couldn't repair the leak because the handle set screw is frozen in place and I can't get the handle off. Kohler has agreed to replace the entire faucet with a higher grade version. IMPORTANT: Kohler customer service told me the Home Depot version of this faucet is a lower grade product so Home Depot (and the other big box store) can price it lower. Kohler makes the same faucet in commerical grade for other retailers. Stay away from this faucet altogether and definitely stay away from the Home Depot version! ZERO STARS for this terrible product.

I have had my Koehler faucet about seven years and about three years ago I called Koehler about the faucet leaking and they sent me new internal parts which fixed it for another couple of years. I just got around to taking the faucet apart yesterday to fix it and this time the rubber o-rings were failing. I went to Ace Hardware ( cause it was closer) and got two new rubber rings for it and it works like new again. I believe the size was 1 5/8" x 3/32". Also if you have hard water like me and there is calcium buildup cause of the water leaking out, just soak those parts in white distiller vinegar and almost all the buildup comes off.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Carwash Does Not Last Freezes Up
Purchased this new on 12/31/2011 and had to purchase new faucet today. The unit had completely froze up. You would think after paying this amount of money on a faucet it would last more than 4 1/2 years. Was installed with new sink and counters. We are hooked up to city water and it was not abused in any way. Only 2 people in household. Loved the style just wish it had lasted longer. Very disappointed.

Pleased with quality for the price. Very comparable to other products. Item was on sale and price made it very appealing. The craftsmanship is good and stylish. I liked how this product item was designed over others they carry for sale. Highly recommend this product to others rather on sale or not. Great value.

installed this faucet about a year ago and it has started leaking everywhere, leaks around top of handle and makes a mess. I would not advise anyone to waste their money on this faucet.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Typeaux It's cheap for a reason. Leaking after a year.
Loved the faucet for a year. Worked flawlessly, no leaks, even the plastic sprayer worked fine. Then the leak began at 12 months with a small dribble, hardly a problem. Now after 18 months it is leaking terribly, water running all over the place and could ruin the tile by causing mold to form (it's happened before). What's up with Kohler? Used to be up with the best in the world, but this is a substandard product for even the lowliest competitor. Not Home Depot's fault. This is simply a faulty faucet. Do NOT buy.
