My sink came with 4 holes. We don't use soap dispenser. Can I buy one for just 3 that will cover the other?

Also, my sink is white and has scratches everywhere. I was told that shouldn't happen? Do I have to buy a whole new sink because of my question above? Thanks.
Asked by: Trish
4 holes mean 3 holes for the faucet + 1 hole for the sprayer if you don't use or need the sprayer go for the 3 hole, but you will need to cover the 4th hole.

What is the range of side-to-side movement of the faucet?

Is it easy to push the faucet back and forth over two sinks?
Asked by: Lizbud
the pivot range is 360 degrees. there is no pivot stop. As far as easy to push back and forth... depends on how strong you are. By this I mean the o-rings begin to fail in one year and the pivot motion becomes harder until the o-rings are replaced and lubricated. Hope this Helps!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Leaks We've had this faucet about two years and have already had to fix it twice. Faucet started leaking at the base of the handle, within a year of purchase. Kohler provided a new O-ring which solved the problem for maybe another year, and then it started leaking again at the exact same place. So if you are handy, look forward to a nuisance once a year where you have to take the thing apart and fix it. If you are not handy, I would not even consider buying unless you want to pay a plumber to repeatedly fix this. Either way, I'd just spend a little more money and get something better quality.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Leaking again I bought this faucet 5 or 6 years ago, it's great except after several months, it starts leaking at the ring below the handle and at the base. I call Kohler and they are great about sending me the replacement parts. It's not hard to do, but this will be the 4th time. It would be nice to not have to fix it so often. The ring is getting scratched up. I've never had an issue from the Kohlers in my bathrooms.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Be prepared to get leaks-this cant be Kohler Quality? This is a nice looking faucet and is solid built with one weakness - it leaks. Unless you are handy, stay away from this faucet. The O-rings in the pivot body need to be replaced every year. I brought this for the Kohler Quality. I am disappointed that it leaks in short period of time. The o-ring replacement is quick and rather easy - 15 mins to do the replacement. That is if the faucet pivot body comes out easily...

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Defective in less than two days All things considered, I liked this faucet. It has good water pressure. It was a little bulky looking for my tiny kitchen, but I could live with that. I had it installed on a Wednesday (not by Home Depot) and by Friday I noticed the finish was coming off. It was really frustrating because I am not able to remove and install it myself and I had already paid to have it installed. I called Home Depot and they went out of their way to make it right. The replacement faucet will be another brand. Thumbs down for Kohler. Thumbs up for Home Depot.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from junk. Poor sprayer. Bad diverter valve. Kohler sent replacement. Worked marginally for about a week and then degraded back to poor. I'm sure Kohler will send another diverter valve but who wants to install a new faucet and repair it numerous times. Also, handle "feel" is much too light. What happened to quality products? On the other hand.... it does look nice.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Leaks This faucet looks really nice, was easy enough to install, and works smoothly, but about 1 year after we put it in it started leaking from the handle. It was a slow leak at first, and gradually got worse. The nice finish is stained with water deposits now. The customer service people at Kohler were very nice about honoring the warranty, but no faucet should fail that quickly, especially a pricey one like this. I agree with others that Kohler's quality has gone downhill. I've seen lots of similar complaints about these faucets.
