Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Painter1 Very good kitchen faucet.
Just installed this faucet today. I suspeccted my old Delta was causing the water pressure issues on the hot side and I was right. I now have plenty of pressure on both hot and cold. I did not use their aireator that came wih the faucet, it restricted the flow too much, I used the one I was previously using on my Pure Water filter. I was able to install my chrome colored pure water filter on this and if you turn it sideways it fits right in the curve of the spicket and looks pretty good. I couldn't believe how much more water pressure I got especially on the hot side and with the sprayer. The faucet swivels very nicely and the on/off mechanizm is very smooth. Therefore, I am very happy with this faucet and I would recommend it for anybody who needs a new one.

We needed a faucet with a narrow (2 inch) diameter base, to fit our sink. This faucet has worked perfectly for about 2 months now. Very pleased.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by StephenB Nice looking in a compact design, works great
This faucet certainly met all our requirements with style, height, and footprint. We were looking for a faucet that had both the valve and faucet head combined so we could use the extra hole for a filtered water faucet. This was one of the few models like this without having to buy the pull-out or pull-down feature. Installation (a month ago) was straight forward except I was surprised to see the hoses permanently fixed to the unit. Wont be easy to replace these hoses if ever needed.
Faucet works great and I would recommend it.

Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by gedgetips Leaks After 2 years
Others also notice the leakage issue. I suspect Kohler uses conventional 0-rings and other nitrile seals which tend not to hold up so well with regular use. Other types of 0-rings and seals are more durable but finding just the right sizes in something like Vitron may prove difficult. I don't understand people saying they replaced this faucet due to leaking, as why not just install new seals? Are such seal kits not available? Another faucet I have had for 30 years requires new O-rings about every 4 years but it is easy to work on. Not sure about this unit yet as I have not taken it apart yet. For something that wears out so quickly it should be easy to work on, but will see. If it is leaking O-rings these can be purchased individually at large hardware stores. Or, this unit could be designed to wear out where it can't be fixed, not sure.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by homeshopper great shiny faucet
We previously had a different Kohler faucet where there was a base plate connecting the faucet and the sprayer. After replacing the counter top we decided to replace the sink and faucet. hubby wanted something shiny and a good quality faucet from a well-name reputable manufacturer. this Kohler faucet has worked wonderfully for us and looks great with the new undermount sink. we like the tall arch that the faucet makes; it gives it a sleek, more contemporary look... yet still maintaining the traditional style.

The very best faucet I ever bought -
great design, plenty of pressure -
easy installation -
EXCEPT for, the flexible water lines are too short, they could be 6" longer. I had to go out and buy 2 12" adapters for hot & cold water.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Gordon Nice design, has held up pretty well
We have a big family, so we use our kitchen a lot. This faucet and sprayer are easy to use, have a nice-looking design and have held up pretty well, considering how much use they get.
After about a year and a half of near-constant use, we had to replace the diverter valve. It's now been two years, and the cartridge will probably need to be replaced soon. I would double or triple those numbers for most folks.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by nkohlbeck Beautiful, but 2 plumbers wouldn't install it. Third one did and I have a plumber for life!
I bought this faucet to go with new custom concrete counters. The first plumber said it wouldn't work because the mounting connection was to short. The second plumber also said it wouldn't work for the same reason, but he would only charge me $1,400 to re-do the plumbing under my sink and install a different faucet. My counter guy and I went to the hardware store and bought an extender for the mounting bolt and the nut to put them together for about $3. Plumber number 3 came out the next day, re-worked the plumbing under the sink, extended the water lines (they are short on this faucet), hooked up my new disposal, and installed a regulator on my new gas cook top for $314. Moral of this story is that this faucet will work on thick (2 1/4") counter tops, you just have to find a plumber who is willing to think outside of the box.
And, the faucet looks wonderful! Love the color and ease of use.
