This faucet will mount onto a 3-hole sink- the left hole on the sink is not used, the supply lines feed through the center, and the sprayer feeds through the right hole.

Single hole Model. I did add a second hole on the far left for drinking water option. Did not want to use a filler plate with the three hole option for looks sake.

Thank you for the inquiry. No it does not have a 3 hole plate. Please refer to model number 10411 or if you would like a side spray, refer to models 10412 or 10413.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Do not purchase Purchase this faucet about 3 years ago. About 18 months later the faucet developed a leak just below the handle. Suspected the o-rings were going bad. Kohler sent out a set of new o-rings which I installed. Approximately 6 months later the faucet leaked in the same location as before. Kohler then sent out a new faucet and I had a certified plumber install it. 12 months later the faucet leaks in the same exact location. The leak appears to be easy to fix however a faucet should not have to be repaired every year. Do not purchase this faucet! July 23, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by replacement faucet bought this same faucet several yrs ago when I remodeled my kitchen. The handle broke from the faucet and was not repairable. As I already had the soap dispenser and fixed number of cut outs in my silestone I bought the same faucet to keep things simple. Hope this one lasts. December 17, 2014
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Mixed feelings I remodeled my kitchen in 2007 and decided on the brushed nickel finish for all the knobs and fixtures. I purchased the Forte single control kitchen sink faucet and it started to leak a little after 1 year. I contacted Kohler and they sent out a rebuild kit at no charge but it once again started to leak after a relatively short time, 6-8 months. The leak was small so my wife wrapped a towel around the base and would replace it periodically. I finally replaced the entire unit when a second leak occurred that was internal and came out through the bottom into my cabinet. The new leak was a lot larger ~ 1/2 gallon per day. I wanted to change brands because of the issues but I did not have a great selection to choose from staying with the brushed nickel finish so I decided to replace it with the same model. The new unit is working perfectly and looks great, I am keeping my fingers crossed that it remains leak free. January 15, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Leak Repair Info Altho this faucet works well for awhile, it does tend to leak. Repair is pretty easy, however. Remove the little plug out of the back of the handle with a small knife tip, it just fits in with a push fit. Then loosen the set screw with an allen wrench. Then pull off the handle and there is a top that is screwed on. It should come off fairly easily with adjustable pliers. Best to wrap first with electrical tape to help avoid damaging the surface. Might come off OK with a strap wrench as well, if you have one available. Then pull up and off the handle. There are two O-Rings that do most of the leaking action. They are 1 3/4 by 1 9/16 X 3/32 in size. Most hardware stores should carry such O-rings. Lube the new ones with silicone plumbing lube, also available in most hardware stores. Be sure to clean out the inside of the faucet neck, using fine sandpaper of 600 grit or higher if you have it, or just use a scrub pad like a Brillo pad. Then reinstall and you should be good for another 3 years or so of normal use w/o leaks. Use Vitron O-Rings if you can find them, as they should last longer but will involve more resistance to moving the faucet around. The O-Rings I got cost 50 cents each at Orchard Supply Hardware in Fresno, CA. -- Ron December 10, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by beautiful brushed nickel faucet This faucet is of the highest quality. Not only is Kohler a name that denotes quality, but durability also. The brushed nickle finish is beautiful. The water flow is strong and can be slowed to a stream. It cleans up in a snap and looks great all the time. March 20, 2007
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Solid Choice The Kohler Forte brushed nickel faucet is a solid choice. We have used it for only a few days, but, so far at least, we have no complaints. This is an attractive, robust and functional faucet with a strong flow. Everything works as it should! April 30, 2011
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by So disappointed in less than 2 years! I bought this faucet for its modern look and for the attached side spray that we needed for our sink configuration- it was easy to install when I put in a new sink and has looked beautiful. However, a few days ago, I noticed that there was air was in the water line when I turned the faucet on. I looked under the cabinet to find everything soaking in a puddle of water- the source of the drip was the faucet itself- dripping through the sink hole. I tried to loosen the bolt that holds the faucet securely to the sink- it had completely rusted tight- it broke clean off when I was trying to loosen it. The copper fittings where the factory attached supply lines connect to the faucet have a lovely verdigris from moisture and the screws that hold the underside of the faucet together are rusted tightly in place. For the price, I can't believe that the bolts and screws in this faucet wouldn't be made of stainless steel, not to mention whatever failure caused the leak in the first place. I still prefer the look of this faucet over similar models in other brands, but I won't be buying another Kohler :( November 12, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by This is a very high quality faucet. I installed it myself in a couple of hours. The hardest part was removing the old faucet. Installing the new one was easy. I've used it now for about 1 year and am completely satisfied. August 9, 2007
