Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Insubstantial The handle of this faucet is light. That disconcerts me. I like to feel something more substantial in my hand. More annoying than that, however, is that the faucet does not and apparently will not face down. The hose through which the water flows at rest points about one and half inches toward me. I pull the faucet out and twist twist the hose in the opposite direction, that is toward the other side of the sink, let the head retract; and, lo, the faucet stubbornly persists in its side-ways at rest. Perhaps this is because the apparatus is new. I hope so. January 24, 2014
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by DEFECTED HEAD DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! THE PULL OUT PART IS DEFECTED AND TILTS TOWARDS YOU... so instead of it aiming down towards dishes, my whole kitchen gets wet! I just paid the plumber $100 to get this installed and now i have to call him back and repay him to switch it out September 13, 2014
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by I liked the look of this faucet on display in the store, but not so much at home. I find the spray is weak and you never get a good pressure for rinsing off dishes. For my sink, it is also too big (i.e. it stretches too far forward) and I am always getting water on my counter. The pull-out mechanism is OK, but it doesn't seem to lock back in very well. Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Great Customer Service After about a year the handle started coming loose so every few months I need to tighten it. The button that changes the stream to a spray fell off while using the disposal. It won't stay on now so I called Kohler Customer Service and they are sending me a new button under warranty even after 4 years. The faucet isn't great but the customer service is. October 2, 2015
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Kohler Faucet We purchased this faucet in August 2007 when we remodeled our kitchen. It looks nice and worked well until recently. The toggle button on the head which switches it from a spray to a steady stream popped off on one side. I can pop it back in place but it never has operated the same and is falling off more and more. The reason I said I would recommend this product is because of the customer service from Kohler. I called them direct and they are sending out a replacement head in 5-7 days. October 16, 2008
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Works as good as it looks I installed this faucet approximately two years ago, and it has been working perfectly since that time. My only beef with it is that the counter-balance weight used to retract the spray handle regularly gets tied up in my under sink shut off valves, making the spray handle difficult to pull out (need to shake it, to get it "unstuck"). Over the past month or so, things started to stiffen up, and it was incredibly difficult to rotate the faucet from side to side. After fooling around with things for a while, I ended up calling Koehler hoping they had a suggestion on how to free things up. I explained the issue I was having, and the (very friendly) lady that I spoke with, asked a few questions..."where I purchased it from" (HD), and "how long ago did I install it". After answering her questions, she asked me for my address, and immediately said that she was going to ship me an entirely new fixture! Four days later (today), the new in the box faucet arrived via FedEx. Bottom line, the product worked very well, and when I did encounter an issue 2+ years after installation, Kohler's absolutely fabulous customer support came through more than I could have ever hoped, Great product...great company...can't go wrong. Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dissapointed Decided to spend more than budgeted because it's a Kohler, but about 12 months after install, the lever that controls the water gets loose and wobbles and I have to use a small screw driver to tighten it about every 3 weeks. We're very careful with the handle, but it's now and ongoing problem. Unfortunately I'm going to have to shell out another $200 to buy something I don't have to worry about. March 23, 2013
