It's chair height, so it's comfortable. The tank refills in less than 2 minutes. The first flush only uses half a tank, so two people can use it back to back

Bought this toilet after i returned the American Standard new Optum Vormax
Great looking, Sleek and love the square look and feel
Piston technology works great and i think even better than the traditional flapper tech
Flushes great, have not had any issues
A bit more difficult to install than AS or other toilets. No instructions except for the smudged print on the box
Tank fills a bit slower than other toilets but not as noisy as others
This is a two piece toilet so Kohler should design an slight edge where the tank meets the base for a cleaner look and for cleaning.
Toilet does not come with a slow close seat but does come with a detachable seat with a slight tug for easier cleaning
Installing the bolts to attached toilet to flange/base is very basic and you need to cut the screws in order for the caps to fit. Kohler should really change that since it is not a cheap toilet

I just redid a bath and will be doing 2 more. Definitely will purchase again. I originally found this on Pinterest and loved the style. This toilet flushes great has alot of power plus you can flush again immediately, no waiting for tank to fill. This was my first low water toilet and no worries best toilet ever.I agree the seat could be higher end but we have gotten used to it.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Mimi Beautiful and quiet but husband hates it
This a beautiful and quiet toilet. We recycled the box on the day of installation (why not, it is a Kohler product and a top of the line one as well). Big mistake! I love this sleek toilet but my husband hates it! Every time he sits on it his private parts hit the water. When you pay over $300.00 for a toilet you should not have tho shut the water off and empty the water out every time you need to do your business. I read the reviews for every toilet on sale at Home Depot and not one of them mentioned the potential for this problem. I called Kohler today and the first thing they said is that elongated seats are known for this problem. I also googled the issue and found my husband is not alone as far as having this problem. So much for the first item we bought for upgrading our bathroom. There is no way we are willing to put a raised toilet seat on this toilet. It would defeat the purpose of getting a comfort height toilet and would ruin the beauty of this product. So go ahead and buy it if you are just going to look at it. But do not buy this product if you have any men in your house that will be using it. Kohler did say they would send a new valve to try to correct the problem. I called back and found out the water level is exactly as it should be. Also if the new valve needed to be installed I would have to pay a plumber to install it because both my husband and I are not able to do home repairs. We have tried in the past and it never turns out well.

I hired a plumber to install the toilet. The only problem was the seat which wouldn't go on as straight as he would have liked.

Based on previous reviews I put this in our guest bathroom. I know there’s nothing worse than being on unfamiliar ground and having to frantically search for a plunger and even call for help because the commode is about to overflow due to the log jam you just created. I don’t know how they engineer these things butt I have to admit that it’s pretty impressive how this bad boy aligns the brown torpedo just before it fires it into the abyss leaving little to no evidence of what just occurred and wiping away any anxiety you may have had before the flush. There is however a bit of a learning curve because it only flushes as long as you hold down the trigger which can necessitate a double-tap when dealing with bigger jobs. The only drawback is the flimsy lid (not the seat) that’s included with it. It will buckle if you try to sit on it and all it’s really good for is keeping you from dropping your cell phone into the drink so minus one star.
