A PLUMBER INSTALLED MY TOILET, AND THE WATER LINE HAD TO BE MOVED TO FIT THE NEW TOILET. HE DIDN'T COMPLAIN, SO I GUESS INSTALLATION WAS OKAY. A CHROME COVER PIECE WAS MISSING FROM THE BOX, AND I CAN'T GET IT REPLACED BECAUSE NO ONE KNOWS WHAT PIECE IT IS. OTHER THAN THAT, I LOVE THE SMOOTH FEATURES AND THE COLOR BLACK.

I used one of these toilets in each of my two recent bathroom remodels. I really like the skirted design and the dual flush. I had read some other reviews that complained about the difficulty of mounting them to the floor. If you have a hammer drill, and know how to use it, there is nothing to worry about! I actually found it easier to mount these because I wasn't worried about snapping off the flange by over tightening the bolts.
You can get cheaper toilets but if you want to add some style to you bathrooms, skirted is the way to go! Whomever is in charge of cleaning your bathrooms will thank you!

Knock, Knock, Knock Kohler. I just spent $2800 in Kohler products plus labor to remodel my bathroom. It has been in 6 days and it started leaking on the 3rd day. The contractor had difficulty securing it. Your "Clip" design is flawed. You need to go back and find a fix for this problem. You should also reimburse your customers for any fixes needed. Please think of your customers or the next time (probably soon) that I have to replace this toilet IT WON'T BE A KOHLER. PS. the shower and sink are great.

We love this toilet. It works great and looks beautiful in our remodeled master bath. Great quality. Uses very little water, but flushes great. Plumber said it was not easy to install.

We have had 3 of these toilets for several years now. We are a family of 4 with 2 school-aged children. I agree with many other reviewers that these toilets are attractive and they have saved us a lot of water which is good for the environment and our water bill. I don't know how easy or difficult they were to install because our contractor did it and didn't comment on it. BUT, I don't recommend this toilet because it splatters (probably because the water level is so low in the basin), many times all the way onto the back of the toilet seat. And they leave tracks because solid waste frequently piles up well above the water level and doesn't flush even with several flushes. So you will need to clean it frequently which uses extra water and is very annoying.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by TheMadFrog Cheap plastic seat assembly
The toilet seat is held by two cheap plastic brackets which "click' the seat to the toilet main body. The slightest movement will see this seat 'click off' and become loose. Cheap design, but expensive toilet. Stay away at all cost from Kohler products.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Great look... LOTS of problems
I loved the sleek look of this toilet...that's about it!
Uses less water
1) I had to redesign the wall behind this toilet as the tank sits right against the wall and would not allow for tiles to install behind - ended up having to paint.
2) At this price, it does not come with a toilet seat.
3) I had to relocate the water supply line as the lowers back of the toilet would not allow the "turn off" valve to work properly without scraping the side of the bottom structure.
4) A slow flushing system and takes a couple of flushes to wash down waste.
5) Bowl has little water in the bowl, so paper and waste tend to stick to bowl...more cleaning than my old bowls.
