First the good news: Kohler stands behind this product. It looks beautiful and is a nice addition to our kitchen.
The bad: Shortly after installing in 2013, the sprayer leaked. Kohler immediately sent a new one, and the faucet worked fine until earlier this month. Then, 3 weeks ago, the hot water abruptly stopped working from the kitchen faucet. Did all of the troubleshooting with HW tank, pipes, etc. Contacted Kohler who sent a replacement cartridge. Only took a couple of days. This failed to resolve the issue. Called a plumber who after validating our troubleshooting, said that the problem was something inside of the faucet that he was unable to dislodge. Contacted Kohler who agreed to replace, but they did not have the correct faucet in stock, and did not expect it for 45 days. At this point, we were without a kitchen sink for over a week. We were able to get the replacement from Home Depot quickly and Kohler reimbursed us for the faucet (not the plumber's bill). However, if the faucet did not have the flaws, we would not have gone through all of this. Hopefully, this was a bad part and not a reflection on the overall quality. But it's an expensive product at >$500 plus the cost of the plumber. So would think carefully before making this kind of investment. Although Kohler made good on the part, we were still without a kitchen sink for >a week plus the plumbing bill.

I looked all over the internet for this faucet, only to find that HD had the best price for the stainless model. It's a great minimalist look, 11" tall (many faucets out there measure 16"+ which would be overwhelming in my small kitchen). Stream/pause and spray buttons work great, although "spray" does splash a lot, which could be due to the shape of my sink. The handle can be installed for either left or right-handed use (I opted for right, since i'm used to turning toward the back for hot water). Pullout hose glides easily; the sprayer does have a curved end, but i find it's actually easier to hold. Unfortunately I don't think it's metal, but painted plastic.
Overall, a fantastic buy for a quality faucet made in the U.S.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Wendy Love this faucet!
Installed 2 mos. ago. I love it! Sleeker profile (11"H) than many kitchen faucets now on the market; projects midway into sink. Feels very sturdy & was heavy in the box. Sprayer features works exactly as described. It was a bit more expensive than other faucets, but it seems well worth it! We had it professionally installed, so I cannot speak to ease of installation.

I love the look of the faucet, but when you pull out the sprayer it feels cheap. The sprayer is plastic, and therefore, has a very lightweight feel to it. The water flowing out of the faucet needs an aerator or something, it flows out like it's coming out of a hose and doesn't feel like the volume of water is adequate because of the way it flows out.

Beautiful faucet from a manufacturer we trust. It is exactly the look we wanted. I only wish the pull-out hose was metal instead of braided nylon.
