One works well, the other two are hit or miss. The parts are cheap and the bowl always needs to be manually clean. After six years, the main part (the flusher) needs to be replaced (the toilet we use the least). Instead of replacing the part we are looking to purchase a pressure assist because that toilet always overflowed (every 3-8 months). Granted some of those issues are due to a small child and a not-so-great fall in our system. We also have a Kohler bathtub (Tea for Two) that the hardware is cheap and keeps breaking. Kohler's customer service is terrible as well. #neverbuyakohleragain

Rated 2 out of 5 by from The toilets are "as described", in your on-line catalog. ... The toilets are "as described", in your on-line catalog. However, I did not have any idea how difficult "skirted"-design toilets are to install. The plumber I hired was going to charge a ridiculous amount of money for their installation. So, I ended up returning the toilets to the your store.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can a toilet look beautiful? Not sure why these reviews are so bad, but I love this toilet. It's sleek, water saving and easy to clean. Yes, my husband installed it and it was quite difficult and time consuming. He said that you must following the directions EXACTLY and do not improvise! But he got it done and it looks fantastic. A guest came out of the bathroom and she looked a bit strange. I asked her if she was OK and she said, "This house is awesome! Even your toilet looks like a piece of artwork!" I am ordering two more!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good features, stylish design Was very pleased with my purchase and it was worth every penny just for the styling. I have a small master bath so every component needed to make a full impact. Features are great, love the silent toilet seat and the dual flush is sure to save $$. Installation is a little out of the ordinary, but not complicated. Please be sure to make sure your water supply is 8.5" from the center or you'll have an expensive mistake!

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Nice, but fussy install & a bit pricey. I had this professionally installed on a concrete slab; plumbers are too proud to READ INSTRUCTIONS for a toilet. The provided template would have worked well, but my guy used it on top of the wax ring & cover, the new bolts ended up slightly off, & the fixture is not square to the wall. Also--the actuating rods have to be cut too length [this should be done @ factory]; mine were made too short, so the buttons ride too low in their housing. I'll have to do it over...but replacement rods [$2 to buy, $6 to ship] are backordered. The toilet works well & looks good, though I wish it had cost less. Mostly, I'm anxious about being able to service the mechanism in such a tiny tank--you can barely fit a hand in. Time will tell.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from It is about the look This toilet looks great; especially in small spaces. (We put it in a smaller master bath and it does not dominate.) There are a few things to be aware of. The interior bowl is deep and thin and holds very little water in the bottom between flushing. This makes it necessary to flush more than once in certain instances (with the full flush button). There are two flow buttons which is a nice option. It does not take a great deal of pressure to push the button down, so it should be fine for kids and arthritic hands. Installation is tricky. No "johnny bolts" to hold it down. There are two angle brackets that are mounted on the floor inside the back section of the toilet. They are placed by using a clear plastic template, then the toilet slides over them and bolts to the brackets with small side holes. It has to be 12" - no wiggle room or space behind the tank and the wall. I am a handy person, but hired a plumber experienced with this type of toilet. The seat isn't that comfortable, but every persons "seat" is different - they have other options beyond what comes with the toilet.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from looks aren't everything Say what you want about plumbers, contractors, handymen........ This is NOT a good design. The one piece is very heavy to mount, and if there is no access behind the toilet ( the toilet is against the wall) it is very hard to seat properly. I removed one for a customer,, and upon re-installation the gasket comes off when it's flushed. The connection between the toilet and the pvc pipe is a compression gasket from porcelain to pvc. really? I'm not sure if it was glued at one point (doesn't look like it was) but now it does not hold. Because I'm unable to find a new gasket or any good information, I tried putting it back three times. Called the company and they sent the wrong gasket. The homeowner is not happy and neither am I.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from looks good but...not very effective theres one problem with this model the flushing buttons that mount to the top (tank cover) do not fit the hole that is already factory made. i had to grind it off with other tools because i could not press the flushing plastic buttons without having them get stuck and never lift back up. its a factory defect that i later found out it was also defective on the display one in the show room
