Answer:
I paid $512 and it included the seat. (it was in the box) $409.60 might be a differnt model, have no seat, or be a price difference based on region - I am in Boston. It should be listed in the details. I called customer service before ordering and confirmed it... sure enough, it came with a seat!

The seat is included. But HD advertises a seat on the same page so I panicked and bought one. Guess I will just take it back to the store so I don't have to pay shipping back.

The seat is 16.5" high, I am not sure if it is considered "high rise", but it is not low for sure

Answer:
This is a "regular" height seat. We did not want the high seat and it is getting increasingly difficult to find the regular ones. The rim is 15.5" and the seat is 16.5" from the floor.

The seat is higher than standard, I measure it at about 16.5 inches for sitting height. My 5'1'' wife says she can't go flat footed on it, but I like the higher seat.

Thank you for your inquiry. This is a standard height toilet, and the bowl height is 15". The toilet seat, including the lid, is another 1-3/8" high. It seems you may be searching for a higher "Comfort Height" bowl. Though the Saile is not available with a Comfort Height bowl, we listed a few Comfort Height models below.

Rated 3.7 out of 5 by 24 reviewers.
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Really like the design of this toilet Not a cheap toilet, but I think it's definitely worth it. Love the design; sleek and modern and it is not very big which i like as well. Installation was not super easy (said the contractor), but doable for sure. I am ordering another one for my master bath. April 7, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great looking and stylish This is an expensive toilet. Be aware that the tank is very small and I thin a little odd looking. My husband, however, thinks its super cool and very modern - a taste difference perhaps. Great for smaller spaces, freed up a lot of room in our small guest bath. Works very well. Its obviously high quality. PAY ATTENTION TO INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS -- our contractor did not and they had to rip up the floor to re-do it. Overall, very pleased. However, I still wonder -- "why did I buy a $700 toilet?" June 25, 2015
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by looks aren't everything Say what you want about plumbers, contractors, handymen........ This is NOT a good design. The one piece is very heavy to mount, and if there is no access behind the toilet ( the toilet is against the wall) it is very hard to seat properly. I removed one for a customer,, and upon re-installation the gasket comes off when it's flushed. The connection between the toilet and the pvc pipe is a compression gasket from porcelain to pvc. really? I'm not sure if it was glued at one point (doesn't look like it was) but now it does not hold. Because I'm unable to find a new gasket or any good information, I tried putting it back three times. Called the company and they sent the wrong gasket. The homeowner is not happy and neither am I. May 24, 2016
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Nice, but fussy install & a bit pricey. I had this professionally installed on a concrete slab; plumbers are too proud to READ INSTRUCTIONS for a toilet. The provided template would have worked well, but my guy used it on top of the wax ring & cover, the new bolts ended up slightly off, & the fixture is not square to the wall. Also--the actuating rods have to be cut too length [this should be done @ factory]; mine were made too short, so the buttons ride too low in their housing. I'll have to do it over...but replacement rods [$2 to buy, $6 to ship] are backordered. The toilet works well & looks good, though I wish it had cost less. Mostly, I'm anxious about being able to service the mechanism in such a tiny tank--you can barely fit a hand in. Time will tell. January 6, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Lovely but useless The design is lovely to look at -- skirted base means easier cleaning!! But the one that I got was defective --there were no holes for screwing the toilet down and the wall and plumbing clearances were all but impossible as a replacement for a standard toilet -- even a Kohler. On the bright side the seal design is great and the low volume high pressure flush should be excellent. But, this is one to avoid unless your contractor has FULLY ok'd it ahead of time. Home Depot was great to deal with for the return. January 24, 2010
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Can a toilet look beautiful? Not sure why these reviews are so bad, but I love this toilet. It's sleek, water saving and easy to clean. Yes, my husband installed it and it was quite difficult and time consuming. He said that you must following the directions EXACTLY and do not improvise! But he got it done and it looks fantastic. A guest came out of the bathroom and she looked a bit strange. I asked her if she was OK and she said, "This house is awesome! Even your toilet looks like a piece of artwork!" I am ordering two more! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by looks and works great, dual flush buttons cheap plastic We love this toilet. It looks great! For the prize I would have expected higher quality on the dual flush buttons (it's cheap plastic) and the screws were super cheap too (stripped right away, we ended up buying new screws). Also you have to adjust the dual flush button yourself, which means the sticks have to be shorten by yourself which gave us a little uneven buttons. Other than this it's great, looks great and the toilet seat is very comfortable (it has a different shape)! July 17, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by nothing but problems. Looks great but that is it. Since bought it had nothing but problems. Installation is nearly impossible because access to pipe that connects to the main drain is from the back of the toilet by design but there is only 1" gap between the back and the wall. Installed finally, since then flash buttons get jammed regularly, (huge loss of water), if it is not jammed there is still small leak of water from the tank to the bowl. Feel sorry that I did not returned it immediately. Now is too late. October 16, 2011
