Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Scass Don't let the good looks fool you. this sink SUCKS.
The ONLY thing I like about this sink is the style, very modern, just the look we wanted. But...I HATE, HATE everything else about this thing. It is NOT easy to clean at all, it stained way to easily (and I tried so very hard to look after it, I really did.) This is not my first stainless steel sink, I know they aren't actually stainLESS, but this goes way beyond and I hate it every day. Every day. I can't speak for the installation, we had a professional install it, but I will never buy another one like this. (I rarely write reviews, but I feel so strongly about hating this product that I felt compelled to come back and write this.)

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Dubbua DO NOT BUY THIS SINK....PIT MARKS--RUSTS--Scratches
Haven't even moved into this house yet, very high end remodel...and the sink was installed in June...is already rusting, with pit marks, and scratches. Now how to replace this thing since it is an undermount and there is $$$$$ of slate tile on top of it...>UGHHHH MISTAKE..The BOLD Rusted look of Kohler

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Danny Best Sink EVER!
Love love love this sink! It looks great and it went in with ease. Love the right side of it! I use my Sous Vide machine on that side and it works great as a water oven. My fiend is making me a cover for that side out of stainless steel so it will keep the heat in with I cook Sous Vide. I have to laugh at the one star reviews. Its a sink not a sports car!! If you don't want a sink that scratches look at something else. Stainless steel is not rust proof its rust resistant. It needs care. Stainless is in no way maintenance free. Over time with use the steel looks great. I bought it to use it not to look at it! People complaining about scratches need to get a life!. If you are worried about scratches move alone or get over it!

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Simon Don't Buy! Trust me, this is a horrible sink
I wish I saw these reviews prior to purchasing the sink. Two weeks after installation scratches started to appear. No I did not slam knives, pots, pans into the sink. I use it like a decent human being. I felt awful about the immediate deterioration of the sink. I called Kohler customer service. They sent me some samples of a polish that they sell. Its useless. I continue to see surface scratches from wear and tear.
Its built into the cabinet/countertop and simply can't be removed. The corners are now rusting. I wish I could replace it.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by vegashomeowner Awful, rusted and scratched with just gentle everyday use
I have the exact same problem as the review below. We too loved the look when we bought this for our new house, but it quickly rusted, scratched and has water stains with just gentle use. The rust isn't removable and being an undermount sink we are stuck with it unless we replace the very expensive, entire slab of quartz it's mounted under or replace with an ugly drop-in sink. So disappointed and upset. We have an open plan kitchen and it's a complete eye-sore.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Dickens Gorgeous sink; buy with eyes wide open though!
This is a drop dead gorgeous sink - you can see that from the picture. First, a couple thoughts about some of the other reviews. Stainless steel sinks have to be wiped dry after each use or you will get water spotting - on any stainless sink. Any stainless steel sink does scratch from utensils and pots. If you are not willing to dry the sink out and use a rubber mat in the bottom when you're doing dishes or scrubbing pots, this is definitely a sink you should avoid like the plague. You'll be much happier with a cast iron porcelain sink (but it will scratch, too.) I can't comment about rust appearing in the sink - I have not had that experience - but again, wipe the sink out after use and I don't see how the sink could rust.
This is just my opinion, but if you want the style of this sink, you will have to put up with its care. Do some research for other sinks of this style on Amazon and you will find prices fifty percent or even a hundred percent higher. This sink is a good balance of high style and reasonable price.
The only reason I can't give the sink 5 stars is related to its installation. With the large size of the square bowls, there is virtually no way when this sink is over-mounted that the brackets which are intended to secure the sink to the counter can be used. There is simply no room between the sink front and sides and the surrounding cabinet to be able to install the brackets. You will have to rely on a good silicon kitchen adhesive to secure the sink the the counter. This works well enough, but be aware that this sink rather completely fills the space of a new 36" sink base. If you have an older 36" sink base with an internal structure that makes the upper part of the sink base anything less than completely rectangular, you will probably have difficulty getting the sink to fit.
If you love the style and are willing to care for the sink, don't be put off by the negative reviews.
