Home Depot was extremely helpful in ordering this toilet for pickup. When one part arrived at the store broken, they sent it back for replacement immediately, so that I would not be troubled. They were helpful again, and patient, when I picked it up and inspected it.
This is one of the most economical toilets I found. It was a breeze to install, took under one hour. Very straightforward system. Really nicely designed.
It looks beautiful, it's comfortable, and best of all it works perfectly. It's remarkably efficient after our (at least 25 years) old toilet. It requires hardly any water to flush thoroughly and cleanly, even with solid waste. Really swift. We push the handle down and let it it up almost immediately. The tank is now only about one-third empty. Amazing. This is a fabulous addition to our place. Wish we'd done it years ago.

Got this toilet for our new bathroom remodel. It really works well. Everything goes down with hardly any water. Our old toilet would get blocked weekly - now that's a thing of the past. Highly recommended.

I bought this toilet for two reasons: a) it matches the other toilets in the house and b) the water use was less than the toilet it replaced. What I didn't expect was that the holes for the toilet seat were not put in correctly so that the toilet seat sits cockyed on the toilet. I measured the holes and, sure enough, the holes were put in crooked. I compensated by bending the hinge on the toilet seat, but I shouldn't have had to do that. Otherwise, the toilet seems to work as intended.

Water saving toilet works very well. No second flush needed. It is small enough to fit neatly under the vanity extension. It was delivered to my home at a reasonable shipping price by Home Depot and installed by a local plumber.

This product was well worth the money. The toilet, once flushed, has more water than the average in the bowl, mainly due to the shape of the bowl. But I like this since it is easier to clean. The flush is a little noisy, but works extremely well for the type of flush required each time (Short flush or long flush, as well is in between). The appearance of the toilet is good.
Except for the weight, it was very easy to install. It is no heavier than any other toilet, but my muscles are not as good as they used to be.
My overall review is that the product is very good, the price was great, and I made the right choice.

If I could rate this a ZERO I would. My six-year-old clogged the toilet within a couple of days of use. No plungers work on this toilet. Turns out, neither does a toilet auger. Also, it's very hard to clean because of the ridiculous design. This toilet looks nice. Buy it for a flower planter if you're so inclined. It might have enough drainage for that. If you want a toilet, this one is a piece of you know what. I have 14 properties, and this is by far the most disappointing fixture that I've ever replaced.

This toilet is amazing! Every time I flush it, I wonder if it's worked, it's so quick and quiet. But, lo, all clean with just a single, tiny flush. It was very easy to install, though I wish there had been better documentation in the box. Be sure to look for the pdf installation instructions on the Home Depot page where the toilet is listed. It's got the pictures and step-by-steps. The only thing that was kind of a hassle was trimming off the posts that screw it to the floor. I guess this is a standard thing, but I wasn't prepared and had to buy a small metal saw (cheap). You will need two people to lift and set the toilet in place, unless you are very strong.
In any case, this is a great value and an easy project for a couple of low-skill DIYers. I can't wait to see if my water bill goes down...
