Two criticisms I have. We switched the hot/cold lines so hot is handle up and cold is down. Also I love the flat spray but wish it was more powerful. It isn't forceful enough to powerspray.

This pull-down sprayer kitchen faucet is both stylish and functional. I installed this in my kitchen about five months ago. The vibrant stainless finish has held up really well and cleans easily. The style of the faucet is both retro and modern and it looks great with my stainless steel sink.
Installation could have been very simple but for the fact that I have a stainless steel sink. It would be nice for the manufacturer to include something sturdy in the box to brace underneath the sink, since that's required for installation on a stainless steel sink. Otherwise, the faucet is top heavy and wobbles. However, I made a quick trip to Home Depot to buy the required piece of wood, they cut it for me, and then I continued with my installation. At that point, it became a straightforward install that took me less than an hour.
I have a four hole sink, so the included faucet deck plate easily covered the extra holes and is attractive. I was not entirely pleased with the way the faucet swung to center due to the under-sink sprayer hose rigidness... I could not figure out a way to fix that, but over time it has loosened somewhat and will stay a bit more to one side rather than dead center on the sink hump.
The sprayer has really good water flow and the magnetic retraction point still works well. The included soap pump is my favorite feature... one less item on the countertop! Plus, I really like the choice of stream spray or a more forceful wider spray.
I can only give this 4 stars on quality because I feel the manufacturer should include the steel plate or wood piece needed for installing on a stainless steel sink. Despite that, I would recommend this product because I think it's a really nice faucet at this price point.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Eddie Great Looking Faucet With Excellent Features
This faucet made a great addition to our newly renovated kitchen. From the time I took it out of the box I was impressed. It's got a nice sturdy feel to it and the finish looks great. I did a single hole install and the process was extremely easy from start to finish, taking no more than fifteen minutes. The faucet has some really nice design features, with some rounded edges and some more angular that make it a great fit for any motif. The handle feels nice and sturdy and operates very smoothly, water flow is great, and the sprayer attaches smoothly and firmly to the neck of the faucet. This faucet also features Kohler's Sweep spray setting, which is absolutely great for scrubbing and cleaning dishes, pots, and pans.
From the time we opened the box I loved this faucet and I'd highly recommend it to anyone

Beautiful faucet with satin stainless finish. Soap dispenser included. 3/4 hole escutcheon included.
Installation was very easy and took only a few minutes to accomplish. There was one minor error in the instructions that described a rubber ring seal as plastic. The connection from faucet valves to the head is a simple push-on type and it is easy to remove as well. Just twist the collar and pull. The escutcheon for covering up extra holes in a standard spacing sink is provided. If installing on a stainless sink with thin metal, a piece of 1/2" plywood is strongly recommended in order to stiffen the surface. This faucet is tall and normal operation would flex the material of the sink. You can see that in my video, since it does not have the plywood installed yet.
I was very disappointed in the fact that the faucet neck would swing easily to the side according to the flex of the hose underneath. You can see it in the video; when swung to the left, it returns to the center on it's own. This shouldn't happen and I found no easy way to correct it. I suppose it might be possible to fasten the hose in some way to minimize the movement but it should not be required. The real solution would have been to provide some friction in the neck joint. Perhaps this one was defective in that regard.
The spray hose extension is minimal in my opinion. I think it should extend farther at least a few inches. The weight was positioned correctly and that is the limitation of the travel.
Other than these complaints, the faucet worked perfectly. The aeration was good for me and the sprayer switch worked well.
You can easily remove the spray head for cleaning.
Good faucet with some flaws. Nice appearance. Easy installation, But can't really recommend it.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by MrFixIt Another great industrial style kitchen faucet from Kohler
I've installed about a dozen kitchen faucets in the last few years, and know my way around a kitchen sink. Kohler has got their faucet design down to a science. Simple integrated supply hoses (3/8") connect directly to the values underneath the sink, assuming they're the right size. Mine unfortunately were 1/2" valves, so a trip to Home Depot and about $20 was necessary for the correct ones. After that, it was just a matter of simply securing the neck, and connecting 3 hoses. Piece of cake. The deck plate is solid and sturdy, requiring only the main neck screw to keep it secured in place.
This faucet, being a Kohler, is quite a looker. Kohler makes such a wide variety of faucet styles, that the difficult part is narrowing down your choices. The Handle, and base have an industrial hexagonal design that is complimented nicely by the sweeping arch of the neck and roundness of the valve assembly. The head of the faucet flares out to provide a wide spray head. It has a high end appearance, and the shiny chrome really adds a classy look to the kitchen.
This faucet is as functional as it is beautiful. It's got the standard two-button spray select, which works fine. The neck is long, with the spray head high above the sink. The hose comes out far enough.
The handle operation is smooth as silk, and makes selecting the water temperature & flow an absolute breeze. It's got the standard two-button spray select, which works fine. The button to switch between the two is very large, making it easy to depress. Every time you turn off the water, the flow resets to the basic flow (not spray), which is the way i like it. Additionally, the spray pattern is in a wider, horizontal line, instead of a circle, making it much easier to wash dishes.
The main downside of this particular faucet is that the neck movement from side to side is TOO smooth. It actually moves SO freely, that when the faucet is moved to the left, the rotational tension of the plastic hose pulls the faucet had back towards the center. This makes it very difficult to, say, fill up a pitcher of water on one side of the sink, since you have to sit there and hold the faucet so it doesn't swing back to the middle. I tried twisting the hose under the sink, but it just twists back. A bad design that should get fixed.
Overall this sink gets highest marks in design. Integrated supply lines make for a simple installation. It is functional and gets the job done with some class. The main design flaw is that the neck rotation is too smooth, with the hose pulling the faucet back to center when pushed off to the side.

I paid over $200.00 and as soon as I got it out of the box and looked at the install directions, I saw I had to get a 1/2 inch piece of plywood, cut it (no template provided), and drill holes in order to install it. Why wouldn't this come with the faucet, since many people have stainless sinks like I do. Very disappointed.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Verified Reviewer Substantial faucet
We needed a faucet to replace the leaky Moen we installed 5 years ago. Our stainless sink has 4 holes; this faucet came with a single hole installation, optional soap dispenser, and escutcheon to cover the unused holes. Perfect.
Another reviewer recommended placing plywood under the sink to "firm up" installation on a stainless steel sink--I am indebted to this reviewer!! The faucet is "top heavy" and would have wobbled with each use on my flimsy 22 gauge sink without this type of reinforcement. We used 3/4" plywood to mount the faucet, and although it has a little "give" I feel that it is not enough to compromise the unit.
To be perfectly honest, this faucet is really too nice for our kitchen... we did a little refresh (painted cabinets, newer appliances, paint on the walls), but our drop in sink is several years old, and the brand spanking new faucet makes everything else look a little shabby. I am okay with this, but others in the market for a faucet replacement might consider the age and condition of their sink, countertops, and appliances. I think the ideal situation would have been an undermount sink surrounded by solid-surface/stone in new or like-new condition to really play up the aesthetics of this faucet.
In any case, the only negative experience I have had with this faucet is that the pull-down hose is stiff enough that the faucet head keeps migrating back to the middle of the sink. I have a 50/50 double bowl sink, so this means that right now the "sweet spot" on the faucet is right over the barrier between the two bowls. This may change with time and use, but I thought it was worth mentioning.
