Customer Questions & Answers

Can this sink have a garbage disposal? If so do you have a recommendation for one?

Asked by: Tom
Yes! I paired it with an InSinkErator Evolution.

What is the thickness guage of the stainless steel?

Asked by: Denny
16 gauge (higher number = thinner steel). 16 is considered an upgrade vs. 18 which is standard for most sinks.

what are the dimensions of clearance needed for these bowl, under the counter? I.E., How low do they go under the counter?

We are considering this sink for a kitchen update, but using the old (40yrs.!) cabinets. I don't want costly pipe repositioning, if at all possible.

All-in-One Undermount Stainless Steel 32 in. 50/50 Double Bowl Kitchen Sink is rated 4.8 out of 5 by 86.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Extremely Happy We love the sink and it came packaged in this huge soft cloth bag. The only draw back is with the rear drains it made it much more difficult to reconnect the plumbing and garbage disposal. The finish is very nice. We did notice at first water spotting and not coming off easy. We dry the sink out all the time and that seems to be helping. We've only had it for a week.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great Sik, Quality Product These sinks are very good quality, nice and deep, and look beautiful with my new granite counters. The installer noticed right away the heavy gauge, due to the weight, but had no problems installing them. My husband reconnected the plumbing, which was a little challenging because the drain hole are towards the back of the sink, not in the center and the bowls were deeper than the old sinks (we knew this prior to purchasing). We had to replace the sink strainer with a shorter one and add some flex piping to make it work, so if you aren't experienced with plumbing you may want to hire a plumber.

Without a doubt this is the best value in the entire category of stainless steel kitchen sinks. My granite countertop installer and fabricator remarked that I must have paid double what I did. The plumber loved the steel thickness and the inserts that will keep the bottom from getting dinged up. A friend of mine who is serving as the GC and will install a tile backsplash said he normally pays just a little less for sinks on flips. He said he was going to start using the Kraus to add some sizzle to his projects. Great testimonials from them and from me.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great sink Great sink. Fit perfectly on 33 inch cabinate. Just make sure when you receive it, open the box and check if it damage free or scratch free in each bowl. I made a mistake of not opening box until the Instalation team arrived. And found out it got one big scratch mark across in right bowl. It was to late to go change the sink since it's only available online and not in Home Depot store. So I end up installing strath one in my new stunning looking kitchen. any one with the clue how to get rid of scratch in stainless steel sink bowl please help?

Rated 3 out of 5 by from magnet stick to it, not enough nickel, can rust Just bought it, not yet installed. Was very excited when receiving it, but is very disappointed after knowing that magnet stick to it. Since that means it's not 18/8 stainless steel, can have rust. No wonder the care manual keep asking consumer to keep the sink dry. How can a family keep the sink dry, and clean it every time you use it. Thinking about returning it, though it's a beautiful sink, so worry about rusting pretty soon. By the way, i check so many times, can't find where does this sink made in.

A sink can be more than just a sink, and this product proves that. I could not be happier with it. It looks great, fit perfectly, and has a nice solid sound and feel to it unlike the cheaper sinks that sound tinny. The sink is heavy and came very well packaged/protected. I installed it along with an InSinkErator Evolution disposal and used the drain basket on the other side.

The price was so reasonable compared to other sinks in the price range. Plus it had all the extras added in (drains, stainless steel sink strainers.a dish towel). I love it. My contractor asked me what kind it was and told me it was a great buy. He bought his sink for around the same price but was not as nice and he paid extra for the sink drinks.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent heavy gauge sink This sink was reviewed by many customers who upgraded their kitchens. We had new countertops installed and decided to get the best sink, faucet and disposal. We do not regret our purchase. First class all the way. Even the protective packaging was impressive and functional. The sink was covered in a high quality poly nylon sack. If you want the best, get a Kraus KBU-22.
