This stainless steel apron front sink brilliantly blends traditional and contemporary design. The faucet handle has a soft curve that complements the lines of the sink nicely. I love the depth of the bin. I can have a number of pots, pans and dishes soaking all at the same time. Installation was very straight-forward. A few things I have noticed "performance"-wise:
- It is hard to turn the faucet on low; the handle only needs to be moved ever so slightly, so I almost always get a much higher-pressure stream than I want when turning the water on.
- The in-sink grate is a wonderful accessory. However, the rubber stopper feet leave stains in the sink that don't come up with other spots when I clean. I have not tried an abrasive cleaner, as I do not wish to scratch the metal.
- The faucet tends to drip if the pull-down sprayer is not fully retracted and set (you turn the head slightly, and there is a click when it sets).
All in all, these issues are fairly minor. I absolutely love the look of this sink, and functionally it meets most of my needs perfectly.

Love this sink -- worked just fine with a standard 30" IKEA sink base cabinet, with minimal modification to the cabinet. Very happy that we were able to utilize an apron front sink, and I absolutely love the look of this Kraus sink. Functional and beautiful. Would definitely recommend.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Gerg Plenty of room and a easy to maintain
I had an old porcelain three bowl sing with a tiny useless center hole mainly for the garbage disposal. When I decided to update my kitchen that was the first thing to go. I love how much room there is in this sink, I home brew and have some very large pots that won't fit in most sinks, that is no longer a problem. At first I wasn't sure if I like the rack for the bottom of the sink but now I can't imagine not having it there, the water and other stuff easily rinses to the drain even when the sink is full.

We loved this product! We needed to update our kitchen so we planned to gut and install new custom cabinets. This worked out best as our contractor needed to make a custom design to fit our new farmhouse stainless steel sink. We made sure to buy a stainless steel high arch retractable faucet that would compliment a more modern look. The sink is very durable and large in design. We receive so many compliments with our new kitchen and the sink happens to be everyone's favorite! We would definitely recommend this product!

Kraus does it again! This time with a highly coveted "farm sink" at an AMAZING price point!!
There is no denying that this is a spectacularly made, heavy duty, high quality sink. The stainless is flawless and at 16 gauge (compared to many others at 18gauge) it will provide years of service and still look good doing it. The more than ample depth and size of the large single bowl style allows for washing those big deep pots with room to spare. No doubt that it's great for big jobs but what about soaking only a few items? Is a double sink version better for you? I realize that may seem like an obvious statement but some people don't think about these things when buying a sink. One big tub sink limits doing multiple tasks.
Note of CAUTION with the apron front styling... NO BELT BUCKLES OR EXPOSED BUTTONS! Wear an apron to protect the apron front from getting scratched!
Ever wondered about the multiple options regarding stainless steel kitchen sinks and how to measure and compare the quality??
Here's a crash course on stainless steel in a nutshell brought to you from the world wide inter-web (it's so handy!):
"Steel thickness is measured in gauges (ga), or the number of layers that make up one inch of thickness. For example, a 16ga sheet of SS means that it takes 16 layers, stacked one on top of another, to add up to one inch. 18ga takes 18 layers. Therefore 16ga is thicker than 18ga. Most kitchen sinks come in 18ga or 16ga thickness. 16ga is also stronger, less noisy, and more resistant to scratching and oxidizing then 18ga."
From my experience, Kraus consistently provides high quality, heavy duty, 16 T304 gauge stainless products at a very comfortable price point (be sure to watch for sales for even better pricing). Considering that I've used and reviewed similar, and MUCH more expensive, sinks by Kohler as well as others that are less expensive too, this sink hits the sweet spot and offers excellent quality at a great price point AND IT'S A FARMHOUSE STYLING! Shop comparable styles and you'll find these babies can be mighty pricey!
