This is my 3rd soap dispenser now. The 2nd one was the same as the first (when the first one broke). When with a slightly more expensive Kraus one this time. I hope it lasts.

This is just an average soap dispenser. A little challenging to install but probably similar to most. Matched the faucet so it all looks fine.

Replaced 3 in two years- The tops snaps off the pump with not much use- poor design - I wish they had a replacement without buying the full kit.

Bought second one because first one failed (after 3 years) and I didn't want to go through the trouble of disconnecting the entire installation below the flange (bottle, collar, etc.) I am sure this one will break soon as well, but thought I might put the house on the market and wanted everything working and matching. The color is different from the original and it fits a bit oddly, but essentially, it's the same, so it looks decent.

As a single female of a certain age, this was a little bit of a challenge to install. Just a little bit. The first problem was crawling under the sink to screw on the nut and washer. It was aggravated by the fact that I had hurt my back while working on my snow blower a few days earlier. Secondly, your sink might be different, but I could not see what I was doing because of the shape of the sink, the location of the garbage disposal unit, and the location of the hole for the dispenser. Initially, I thought I could slide both the washer and the nut up the threaded end at the same time and screw on the nut. Because of the awkward, under-the-sink position, that was hard to do. The washer kept falling and interfering with screwing on the nut. I found that the trick to getting the washer to stay put was to take two small lengths of a sticky tape and attach them to the sides of the washer so that they extend beyond the edge. Push the washer onto the threaded end of the dispenser unit and press the tape into place. This will hold it while you screw on the washer. I was a little bit surprised at the lightweight dispenser bottle, but we shall see whether it and the rest of the unit hold up under the daily wear and tear of a busy kitchen.

Assembly for dispenser was straight forward. No problems encountered. Appears to be well built, but a bit expense for what you get.

This dispenser broke twice on me. The peace that sticks out disintegrates within 2-3 months. Terrible product!

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Mike did not fit my sink
This dispenser did not fit my sink (also purchased from Home Depot) The threaded shaft was too short to properly mount in the hole where the original dispenser had been located. I ended up having to modify the dispenser using parts from the original unit. A difficult and time consuming project. I do not understand why HD does not carry a replacement dispenser that will fit the sinks it sells
