I want to replace my existing double bowl with the Kraus 32 inch 16 G single bowl. After cutting the granite to install, I will only have about 2 1/2" betw/ sink and window/wall. It is a tight spot! Is this faucet too large to sit on the small deck space?

Answer:
Thanks for contacting us.
Our KPF-1621 requires a handle clearance of 9 inches.
At 2 1/2" between sink and wall, it will be too tight to fully extend the handle.
Thanks

NO, buy it online anywhere just make sure the finish matches and you don't buy a tiny one for the bathroom.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by It's good, great pressure It's pretty good, kind of lose on my steel sink I need to add a bit of plywood or something to stabilize the faucet. February 10, 2016
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Kraus single pull out sprayer The water comes out of the faucet perfectly in the spray or standard flow. The faucet head does not sit in the neck correctly and does not feed back into the neck either without feeding it by hand. Not a very good design. August 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great faucet Looks great with my new stainless steel sink and appliances! June 28, 2016
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Simple great looking kitchen upgrade This kitchen faucet brings new life to our kitchen sink. The build and quality of the faucet really changed how we felt about doing chores and preparing food in our kitchen sink. The stainless steel matches our existing stainless appliances perfectly, making it a perfect match. Installation included everything we needed, although we are going from a 3 hole faucet to a 1 hole faucet, we will need to pickup so hole covers. Regardless the faucet was easy to install, has great pressure, and easy to use. The height is perfect and reach is great for any job in the kitchen. February 10, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Very high quality and provides excellent height this is a very nice looking high quality faucet. It provides the height I need. I need a tall flexible faucet and this serves the purpose. Good modern looking faucet. Very easy to install as instructions were good. Water pressure is fine. January 30, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great faucet The sprayer has great pressure, looks great. Easy to clean. The only think I would change is that the hose is black and I wish it was stainless, it still looks great though. January 31, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Solid performer; great looks. Here is a solid kitchen faucet. All brass body and stainless steel construction. This faucet will only go into a 1-hole sink/deck. In my case, I had a 3-hole white porcelain sink and had to plug the other two holes with white sink hole covers. Pay attention to the instructions as you will need clearances behind and above the faucet. In my case, I had to relocate a paper towel dispenser. The instructions are great until step 4. Unscrew the clear plug from the spray head end of the spray hose (9) and attach the spray head (8). Place the spray head (8) into the spring holder (11). Connect the black spray hose (9) to the grey spray hose supply line under the sink. You will need two adjustable wrenches. Then install the weight (7) at the lowest point, horizontally, on the black spray hose (9). The picture at step 4 is confusing/incomplete. If your angle valves are 3/8 compression then the integrated supply lines will connect directly to the angle valves. I had integrated supply lines on my angle valves so had to change out the angle valves for quarter-turn angle valves with 3/8 compression. Be sure to flush the angle valves/lines before connecting the faucet supply lines. And flush again once faucet supply lines are connected. There are rather small orifices in these faucets that would not handle small particles well. Water lines are well -constructed, good length, and nicely color-coded. There is an allen wrench included but minimal instructions for it. I believe you can use it to adjust the spring (10) and spring holder (11), to obtain the preferred degree of swivel. It would also be used if you need to remove the handle set screw. The handle is color-coded with color dots to indicate Hot and Cold. This is a nice feature as other faucets in this style I have (side handle) do Not have any indication and it is confusing. (Do you push or pull for hot/cold?). Other faucets are the exact opposite of this one. The arm swivels 180 degrees, and the sprayer has stream and spray settings, with a rocker switch adjustment on the spray head. The spray head also has an instant-off push button; hold it down to stop the flow of water, release to start the flow again. I found that the black spray hose goes down through the back of the body of the faucet and connects to the gray supply line at the front of the body of the faucet. This causes the weight to ride up and down near the wall under the sink where the angle valves and supply lines are. As a result, I have occasions where the weight will hang up on one of the valves. I wish it was engineered the opposite with the black hose at the front of the body so the weight would ride up and down at the front of the faucet and reduce hang-ups on the back wall pipes/connections. Overall, an excellent, well-built product. Great industrial looks; quality stainless steel; lots of features; easy to install and use. February 1, 2015
