We absolutely love this product! We replaced an older brushed stainless steel faucet for this new bronze design and it looks great with our granite kitchen counter top and cherry cabinets. Love the easy pull out head that has a side button to control flow vs. spray. The one sided faucet handle also adds to simple one handed functional design for controlling flow and water temperature from hot to cold. Would recommend larger sink as it has wide arch.

I am very happy with this kitchen faucet!! It's very easy to use and easily goes back into position. The color is beautiful and goes nicely with our stainless steel sink. The matching soap dispenser is very convenient and has been great because I no longer have to keep soap on the counter. The soap dispenser is super convenient to refill. The top just comes off and goes right back on without having to screw or unscrew anything. The button on the faucet to switch from regular flow to sprayer works great. It's a very powerful faucet so it has taken a long time to get used to the pressure and I often get splashed. This was a great upgrade because we had a separate sprayer. I would highly recommend this!

Ive had this product for a few months and can say I've never been more disappointed. Let's start with the nuts and bolts that come with this product. I've had two or three water leaks because the equipment cant stay secure. The last time I had a professional plumber come to the house and replace majority of the fittings that came with this faucet The faucet itself has cracked on two different locations and has caused a large piece of the faucet to break off. I'm referring to the Bronx coloring on the faucet not the hard plastic underneath the bronze. It still works in that I can pull the hose out and use it but in order to retract the faucet back into the arm I have to manually push it back in. This product is definitely not worth the money nor is it worth the time you're going to lose in repairing it. If I could disassemble the entire sink and faucet and take it back to Home Depot I would. I've never been more disappointed in a product I purchased from Home Depot.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by schlafe Better than a fire hose!
The Kraus Pull down sprayer faucet is one heck of water dispensing piece of machinery. This is a solidly built faucet. Installation was easier than any other faucet I have installed, so that means spending less time under the counter and more time removing dried bacon from those grill pans! The water come out of this thing with much force and at full strength may make a mess of things around you. It is easily remedied though, as the handle acts like a dimmer. Gently pull it out, and the water trickles down. The sprayer is solid and has a weight on the hose, so it always pulls itself back. One thing to keep in mind, the bronze is very dark and much different from the stock photo. Check out my photos to see a better contrast. Overall a great, solid faucet that can complement any kitchen restoration project.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DIYQueenSWFL Very nice and durable
This faucet was really easy to install and was I able to connect it quickly to the house plumbing. I used this faucet in my laundry room instead of my kitchen to give it a little upgrade. It cleans very easily. It's well constructed, there is no play in the handle. When you move it, it stays wherever you place it. There is also a long durable, flexible hose connected to the sprayer, that snaps back into place quickly. A good buy for a quick DIY kitchen upgrade.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by GaryDoug Good faucet, but "pot luck" in getting the color you want....
First, let me address the obvious. My faucet is not oil rubbed bronze. It is black with copper trim. Some reviewers here actually have the bronze color faucets, other have solid black ones, and mine of course. The photo in the ad should be correct for the description. But since they are basically all the same otherwise, I will submit this review, subtracting a star for the wrong/incorrect finish.
This is a fine faucet. I found no difficulty in installing or using it. Installation is very straight forward. Just one mention about that. If, like me, you forget to attach the lead weight to the hose and connect the fittings together, you can disconnect them by pushing the fitting fully on and then pressing back, with two fingers, on the ring shown in the photo. It comes off very easily that way.
The handle can be positioned in any direction you choose. Just make a decision before tightening everything down. If the position you choose does not have the hot/cold lever directions you want, just reverse the water supply connections. After installation, the neck can the swung in any direction for any amount. There are no stops to impede movement.
The flow control buttons will change from a wide spray pattern to a narrow one and back. Be aware that the normal position when there is low water flow is the narrow pattern. So, if you are using the wide pattern and you decrease the flow with the handle, it will switch back to the narrow pattern at some point. This may be confused with the adjustment being "erratic".
The spray head on mine is made of black plastic, which I think is best, because if it were of the same painted brass as the rest, tit would eventually have the paint worn or scratched off and would look unsightly.
The soap dispenser is good, and easy to refill from the top. No complaints.

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by fuscia High Quality, Darker than Pictured, Excellent Water Pressure
I've been dying to change out my clunky stainless faucet for a dark oil rubbed bronze one. But they can be quite pricey. This model is one of the more affordable options, but that doesn't mean it's low quality. I'm not familiar with Kraus, but figured if it's German, it's gotta be good. It has a ceramic cartridge, and the single lever is easy to control the flow and temperature with. I don't know why, maybe they had hooked it up wrong, but the previous faucet was always scalding us! And it was hard to get the temp warm, it was either scalding or cold. I'm having none of those issues with this faucet. It has water conservation features as well, but the water pressure is incredible! I was also concerned that it was more of a copper color than the dark finish I'm looking for. I don't know why it looks so light in the photo on the website, but it's actually that dark finish I was looking for. The faucet was also easy to install, intact it the hardest part of the whole thing was removing the heavy old faucet. Once I got that thing out this one went in so easy. It was half the weight of the old faucet too. It's really improved the esthetics of my kitchen. I already have dark hardware on the doors and cabinets and in the bath. Plus it doesn't stand out like like the other one. But it's there and it looks great. Instead of looking like a dish pit my sink now looks like show piece. My only, only, only complaint is about the finish. From across the room it looks great, but up close it has a striped appearance. You might like this and think it's cool. I was a little put off by it, but the over all quality of this faucet more than makes up for it, which is what's the most important to me.
