Rated 1 out of 5Â by PSJ2500 Looks nice- falls apart
Replaced 3 in two years- The tops snaps off the pump with not much use- poor design - I wish they had a replacement without buying the full kit.

This is just an average soap dispenser. A little challenging to install but probably similar to most. Matched the faucet so it all looks fine.

As a single female of a certain age, this was a little bit of a challenge to install. Just a little bit. The first problem was crawling under the sink to screw on the nut and washer. It was aggravated by the fact that I had hurt my back while working on my snow blower a few days earlier. Secondly, your sink might be different, but I could not see what I was doing because of the shape of the sink, the location of the garbage disposal unit, and the location of the hole for the dispenser. Initially, I thought I could slide both the washer and the nut up the threaded end at the same time and screw on the nut. Because of the awkward, under-the-sink position, that was hard to do. The washer kept falling and interfering with screwing on the nut. I found that the trick to getting the washer to stay put was to take two small lengths of a sticky tape and attach them to the sides of the washer so that they extend beyond the edge. Push the washer onto the threaded end of the dispenser unit and press the tape into place. This will hold it while you screw on the washer. I was a little bit surprised at the lightweight dispenser bottle, but we shall see whether it and the rest of the unit hold up under the daily wear and tear of a busy kitchen.

We started out with 2 dispensers very similar to this one, about $26 each at Home Depot, both snapped at the top within weeks of install. Spend the money for better quality and hopefully a better, more sturdier design.
