Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by DBULL1213 Great addition to match new faucet!!
Product installed very easily and works great!! Holds alot of soap so I don't feel like I will had to add more soap very often. I purchased mostly to fill the hole were the previous hole for the sprayer in my sink was since my new faucet had a sprayer built into the faucet . The only thing I had trouble with was figuring out how you added soap from the top of the sink instead of getting under the sink to unscrew the plastic soap bottle. The instructions indicated to unscrew top but when I did that it was just a little nub that secured the pump. Come to find out after taking back to Home Depot the top pulled straight off.

This solved my problem with a much longer spout than our previous dispenser so the soap clears the edge of the sink. Just a little tight so it is a little hard to use.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by parron Threads no long enough for standard 3 cm granite counter top with 3/4" plywood base
I love it, but if it can't secure to the counter top, it's pretty much useless. The two pdf diagrams were misleading, no actual specs for the usable threads after the top part and bottom washers were on. Kraus said they couldn't help, I just got a "sorry." $50 down the drain. At least Home Depot takes returns.

Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by forest sturdy
The product is very sturdy. It better be, because it takes quite a bit of force to pump the soap out. Also keep in mind that although the spec sheet says the neck is 2", the fastener also has to screw onto the neck, so it does not work on a counter top 1-3/4" or more in thickness (such as ours) unless you drill out some of the countertop to allow the fastener to attach to the neck.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by JLSB DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!
I purchased several of these dispensers for all of my bathrooms and kitchen in my new build and the only thing positive I can say is that they look attractive.... I have been in my new house for 1.5 yrs now and have replaced most of these because the plastic canister is inferior and will break for no apparent reason at the neck threads. This then spills the soap contents on everything under the sink (what a huge mess) and uninstalling the unit is tricky. The interior metal parts rust as well. Buyer beware! Save your money because these will eventually break!

Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Zambanie Should have shopped Home Depot first
Before going to Home depot, I purchased a soap dispenser from another site. Since we were doing a Full Kitchen remodel, we put the new dispenser with all the other items to be installed. On installation day, we opened the Non-Home Depot dispenser and found it to be all plastic. I went to my Home Depot (HD) site picked out a dispenser (all mental) and within days it was delivered.
The quality of the HD dispenser is top quality, while the quality of the NON HD dispenser is plastic junk.
Should have gone to HD first.
The HD dispenser was about the same price as the plastic one. From now on it's a no brainer, HD!!!

I redid my kitchen including Cambria quartz counters. I had this soap dispenser i installed where they drilled a hole in my $6k counters. Now this is clogged more than half the time so we rarely use this. Wish I never had this installed.

Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by chudilo This product Failes very fast. Even though it is all solid stainless steel above the countertop, the pump mechanism fails within a month.
Even though it's all actual stainless steel above the counter top. The pump mechanism fails within a month or so. The stainless steel rusts (even though I have a water softener so it is not the iron in my water)
The company will not sell a replacement pump assembly and will only replace the entire dispenser if you have the receipt. Check the reviews for this at online retailers.
There are hundreds of reports of the same issue.
