Rated 4 out of 5 by from works fine, and quiet. love the volume it can 'catch' and the motor being almost noiseless.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Works but requires work I hooked up the hose so the water would drain into my sump pump, but the water fills the bucket instead. The machine shuts off when the bucket is full, but then I have to wait another hour or so before I can empty the bucket to allow all the ice to melt off the ceiling of the inside of the unit (where the bucket pulls out). Ice forms and hangs down so the bucket can not be removed until it melts. Once the ice does melt, it fills the bucket up even higher making it hard not to spill when carrying the bucket to the sink to empty. The hose in the back also has a slow drip, so I have a bucket under that as well and have to empty that every so often. I have tried to replace the hose, but the drip issue still exists. I have also tried to tighten all the connections but the water still fills the bucket rather than drain through the hose. Aside from these issues, the machine has been running for over a year.
