Do the legs extend on this model?

Asked by: mike
No, legs do not extend, but you can probably buy extension legs! Or, you can use conduit, or chain link posts to make extensions; just slip them over legs!

What is the weight limit on this table?

On the Keter and Home Depot websites, 1,000 lbs is listed as the maximum weight; however, I just purchased one and the instruction manual states 400 lbs. What is the correct maximum weight?
Asked by: Anonymous
There are two models. The one with adjustable legs is 400 pounds. The one with non adjustable should be rated at 1,000 pounds.

Turns out, folding work tables have come a long way since I last bought one 25 years ago! Or at least this one is way better, because we love it! It is a very manageable weight to carry, with a convenient handle. Folds up pretty small when not using it. The legs hold it very, very sturdy...I had no wobbling at all. The clamps that come with it work great. I couldn't be happier with this work table!

This folding table is one of the best constructed and easy to use I have ever owned. Much sturdier than the folding metal one I had and opens and closes very easily. I did test the weight limit by using it to stand on (I'm 214 lbs) and was very solid. The clamps are easy to use and fit inside the table when folded. It also takes up very little space in the garage which I like as I have no cellar to store it. Well worth the price.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Seems to be a time saver. makes holding the project piece solid while cutting or sanding easy. Have not used this a lot yet, but so far it seems very solid. I would have to say it is nice and compact when folded down, and is easy to carry. It may be a little heavy, but it is worth it because it is very stable.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Good Value Sturdy and very stable work surface. Great for the weekend home improvement warrior or hobbyists. My only complaint is the clamps are difficult to return to their holder built into the unit.

Was very easy to unfold into its upright position for work. Don't unfold the legs manually . Depress the two top release tabs on the top of the work bench as you lift the table off the floor. Gravity unfolds the legs into the lock position for you. Seems like a lot engineering went into this thing. I bought two thus far. A great way to increase your working area either temporary or for the long haul. Haven't had very long so I really can't comment on its durability. Seems pretty strong. Time will tell, but For the price I don't think you can go wrong.

After keeping a pair of saw horses and a couple of 2x10's around the shop for years, I decided to try this folding work table. Set up and take down time of this table blows my old system away. Stores in much less space and is out of the way when not in use. Only reservation is long term durability. First unit I received had to be returned because a pin in one of the legs would slip out and prevent the table from collapsing (it was like that out of the box). If it holds up it's 5 stars.
