Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Same problems as everyone else... I bought this for my wife as she had been wanting one for awhile. When we first got this we were thrilled with it. It was a bit slower than we expected and noisy at first, but it got the job done quite well during the short time that it actually worked and that was what we were looking for. After two months of regular use, unit no longer pumps water. We have followed all cleaning tutorial videos online and maintenance steps, etc to no avail. Unit simply won't pump. My issue is similar to others listed here. I won't be recommending this product to a friend and will strongly encourage them to stay away from any Keurig products. Extremely disappointed. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love Love Love my Brewer I abosolutly love my Brewer!!! The noise is not noisy I have had tons of coffee makers that make more noise then my Keurig! I have my coffee in the morning and my hot tea at night. I love the fact I don't waste my coffee or tea. Because with a regular coffee pot I usually waste coffee. I would recommend this to any of my friends or anyone for the matter who doesn't like wasting coffee! If you are a heavy coffee drinker then yes this may not be for you. I have never had issues with anything tasting bad because I followed the intrustions; run water through it before using and filtered water taste best. Filtered water always taste better anyways! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Never had a problem! I've owned this coffeemaker for over a year and used it every weekday morning before heading to work. It is incredibly easy to use and I have never had any issues with the brewing quality or functionality of it! The only con I can come up with is that when I was moving to a new home and packed up the coffeemaker in its box, it leaked water everywhere. I could have sworn I followed the directions of purging all of the water from the system, yet it leaked probably 6 ounces of water in our moving truck! Maybe I missed a step somewhere. I highly recommend the My K-Cup reusable filter as well. It is a great accessory to this easy-to-use coffeemaker! March 11, 2010

Not only do I have praises on the machine but must say Keurig has great customer service people. I have an older model that I was going to donate to the non-profit org I work for. Somehow between my house and work the plastic k-cup holder got lost. I made a call to Keurig requesting a replacement part,expecting to have to pay for it. Keurig took all my information and sent me the replacement cup at no charge. The price,ease of use,tasty product on top of GREAT customer service....how could you go wron? December 17, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Love drinking the coffee---but I received my Keurig Special Edition as a gift in late April, and then started having issues with it not brewing a full cup in early September. I always used filtered water, and I de-scaled, cleaned needles, all to no avail. Lots of water coming out vent that should have been going into my cup. I must say that the customer service was excellent, and they are shipping me a new Keurig with no problems. But I am disappointed that the original machine was not more durable, and only lasted about five months. This points to poor design or low-quality manufacture. So I recommend for delicious brewed coffee and teas, but BE SURE TO REGISTER PRODUCT! September 3, 2010

We are both coffee drinkers and love how fast and easy the Keurig gives you that perfect cup of coffee. I am also a tea drinker and I love that feature about it also. We have had our Keurig about a year and NO problems at all. We use filtered water and it really makes a difference in the taste of the coffee. I don't drink tap water so why would I use it in my Keurig. I don't have any negative things to say. I always know that my coffee is going to be best. I recommend it to all my friends. It is a definite yes for me. I do recommend this and would give it as a gift. December 3, 2010
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by So Far So Good I was looking for a new coffee maker.Started my search looking at your normal drip makers.My sister had a Keurig and liked it and I had used one at the emergency room. Seemed kinda neat to have a cup of Joe in less than a minute. After reading lots of reviews and himming and hawwing I purchased the B60 Special Edition. All I can say so far is I love this maker and never realized how bad my coffee was sitting on the burner for 2 hours. Just brew what you want when you want. A fresh cup every time. I also purchased the My-K Cup to use my own (cheap) grounds and it works great. Only had it 2 days and hoping I don't have the problems others have had. December 20, 2011
