Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by What's not to like I think this is a great machine. I love to try all the different drinks that are offered. My husband loves the hot cider and hot chocolate. Not only do I have praises on the machine but must say Keurig has great customer service people. I have an older model that I was going to donate to the non-profit org I work for. Somehow between my house and work the plastic k-cup holder got lost. I made a call to Keurig requesting a replacement part,expecting to have to pay for it. Keurig took all my information and sent me the replacement cup at no charge. The price,ease of use,tasty product on top of GREAT customer service....how could you go wron? December 18, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Love Love Love my Brewer I abosolutly love my Brewer!!! The noise is not noisy I have had tons of coffee makers that make more noise then my Keurig! I have my coffee in the morning and my hot tea at night. I love the fact I don't waste my coffee or tea. Because with a regular coffee pot I usually waste coffee. I would recommend this to any of my friends or anyone for the matter who doesn't like wasting coffee! If you are a heavy coffee drinker then yes this may not be for you. I have never had issues with anything tasting bad because I followed the intrustions; run water through it before using and filtered water taste best. Filtered water always taste better anyways! Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Third ones a Charm???? This is my third Keurig the first two were replaced due to the maching not pumping properly, and constantly going into prime mode. Keurig has stepped up each time and sent a new one to me with no problems. I give Keurig warranty dept 5-stars for sure. I just hope this pump problem has been fixed once and for all. I have seen a lot of others having pump issues.. Other than my issues I Love my Keurig.. As long as Keurig keeps replacing the defective machines, I will be happy. My first one lasted abuot 7 months, the second one lasted 4 months, so the third ones a charm???? So based on everything I will give 4 stars on the rating of the Keurig January 22, 2012
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love my Keurig brewer! The brewer was easy to set up, and makes delicious coffee, hot tea, iced tea, hot chocolate... whatever you desire! I'm really glad I decided to get this machine. I don't drink a lot of coffee, so making a pot of coffee is a waste for me. Being able to brew a single cup of whatever I choose, and having the water reservoir is very nice because I don't need to fill it with water all the time. It's fun to get the 5-cup boxes because it makes it easy to try different flavors, and if I don't like something, I'm not stuck with a big box of pods. I also got the ice carafe so I can brew cold beverages and it works very well. It's so fast to make a carafe of iced tea or coffee, which is about 2 large glasses, and then just put it in the fridge for my next cup. It's very easy to use and fast! I love my Keurig brewer! Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Special Edition is really special The only con I have and it is not important enough to list in the con column is that right at first it takes a bit to get used to how you need to work it to get the water to flow. It would be nice if the instructions explained that you needed to lift up the arm even if you were just running water through it. Of course, after a couple days you get used to that and it never is a problem. Truthfully, I am quite pleased with this machine. I really like the coffee it makes and I like the variety of K-cups that are available. I like it enough that I talked my 89 year old mother into buying one and she alse is very pleased. Keurig has a great product here. February 24, 2012
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Convent when it works properly. I'm a two cup morning and one cup evening coffee drinker and the only user of this brewer. Our water is from reservoir (not well) so it isn't laden with minerals. Still, I had to clean this maker frequently even though the descale notice never came on. After several months the noise the unit made grew louder. we stayed at a B&B with the same model and it made an astonishing amount of noise! Every morning I would make a small cup of hot water only before making a large cup of coffee or the amount of coffee would be unpredictable. Eventually the coffee maker started leaking. But Keurig gave me a new one! Perhaps a higher price maker would be better. April 3, 2013
Rated 3.0 out of 5.0 by Not Hot Enough The main reason for purchasing the Keurig K65 model was the fact that it has an adjustable temperature. We have the Keurig Vue at my office and I love the multiple temperature settings. I was under the impression I would be able to set the water temperature on this model the same as the Vue. I was wrong. I put a lot of cream in my coffee, therefore, I need it to be extremely hot so when I am done adding cream, the coffee is still hot. With this Keurig, it is warm. Very disappointing. I won't purchase the Vue, because the local grocery store doesn't carry K-cups for this model. Very disappointed in my first in home Keurig. March 10, 2014
