Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by I love my Keurig brewer! The brewer was easy to set up, and makes delicious coffee, hot tea, iced tea, hot chocolate... whatever you desire! I'm really glad I decided to get this machine. I don't drink a lot of coffee, so making a pot of coffee is a waste for me. Being able to brew a single cup of whatever I choose, and having the water reservoir is very nice because I don't need to fill it with water all the time. It's fun to get the 5-cup boxes because it makes it easy to try different flavors, and if I don't like something, I'm not stuck with a big box of pods. I also got the ice carafe so I can brew cold beverages and it works very well. It's so fast to make a carafe of iced tea or coffee, which is about 2 large glasses, and then just put it in the fridge for my next cup. It's very easy to use and fast! I love my Keurig brewer! Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Same problems as everyone else... I bought this for my wife as she had been wanting one for awhile. When we first got this we were thrilled with it. It was a bit slower than we expected and noisy at first, but it got the job done quite well during the short time that it actually worked and that was what we were looking for. After two months of regular use, unit no longer pumps water. We have followed all cleaning tutorial videos online and maintenance steps, etc to no avail. Unit simply won't pump. My issue is similar to others listed here. I won't be recommending this product to a friend and will strongly encourage them to stay away from any Keurig products. Extremely disappointed. Our water is from reservoir (not well) so it isn't laden with minerals. Still, I had to clean this maker frequently even though the descale notice never came on. After several months the noise the unit made grew louder. we stayed at a B&B with the same model and it made an astonishing amount of noise! Every morning I would make a small cup of hot water only before making a large cup of coffee or the amount of coffee would be unpredictable. Eventually the coffee maker started leaking. But Keurig gave me a new one! Perhaps a higher price maker would be better. April 2, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Owner of Many We have purchased no less than 15 of these machines for home/summer cabin/adult children/relatives/friends and are going to buy another one for our guest addition and another one for friends. We have had them almost three years now and not had any problems with them other than one or two vibrate more than others. I don't know about the other coffee makers but this one is wonderful. Our friends who didn't have one and used it at our home, loved it so much, they went out and bought themselves machines. They all love the variety you can get with the coffees/teas. My husband and I actually drink tea but like different kinds so it works wonderfully. March 29, 2010
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Third ones a Charm???? This is my third Keurig the first two were replaced due to the maching not pumping properly, and constantly going into prime mode. Keurig has stepped up each time and sent a new one to me with no problems. I give Keurig warranty dept 5-stars for sure. I just hope this pump problem has been fixed once and for all. I have seen a lot of others having pump issues.. Other than my issues I Love my Keurig.. As long as Keurig keeps replacing the defective machines, I will be happy. My first one lasted abuot 7 months, the second one lasted 4 months, so the third ones a charm???? So based on everything I will give 4 stars on the rating of the Keurig January 21, 2012
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Never had a problem! I've owned this coffeemaker for over a year and used it every weekday morning before heading to work. It is incredibly easy to use and I have never had any issues with the brewing quality or functionality of it! The only con I can come up with is that when I was moving to a new home and packed up the coffeemaker in its box, it leaked water everywhere. I could have sworn I followed the directions of purging all of the water from the system, yet it leaked probably 6 ounces of water in our moving truck! Maybe I missed a step somewhere. I highly recommend the My K-Cup reusable filter as well. It is a great accessory to this easy-to-use coffeemaker! March 11, 2010
Rated 1.0 out of 5.0 by Poor quality My family and I love the Keurig concept but the quality of the brewers is so poor it makes me wonder why Keurig just doesn't make them here in the USA. I have purchased 4 in two years. Two I was able to return. The past issues I have had were the pump which draws from the reservoir failed, gradual failure to not pushing water through the k-cup to just not working. I have cleaned the coffee maker as directed all the time and still the issues persisted. For the amount of money you pay for the k-cups the least Keurig could do is to make a decent coffee maker. After this one dies I may go back to the Mr. Coffee at least they lasted 5 years. June 7, 2011
