My husband and I both drink 1 cup of coffee a day. We really like the ease of use BUT we are constantly having problems with our machines. When they are under warranty they will replace but you have to wait without coffee for the machine to come in the mail. This has happened to us 2 times, then our 3rd machine lasted just over 2 yrs and then the pump went out & the warranty had expired. They offered us a new machine with a discount and I agreed only because I have KCups I need to use. If this machine only makes it 2 yrs I'm done with this brand. If you are looking for a good coffee maker you may need to research & try a different brand.

Really nice machine. Much quieter than my old one, makes great coffee and has a larger reservoir that can be refilled without removing it - a really nice feature! Programming and setup couldn't have been easier if someone did it for me. AND - I can fit my travel mug under the spout! Not a deal breaker but I wish the display would light up when the machine was off so you could read the time on it easily. And while the machine is solid everywhere else it seems a bit cheap when the cup tray flexes in the middle every time you push the lever down when after you insert the K-Cup - even when you press it gently. A recommended brewer, nontheless!

Our Keurig Platinum worked fine for almost three years. Within the past month, we have noticed a big problem with the pump. It now takes over two minutes to pour a cup of coffee because the pump can't seem to draw the water into the basin anymore. I have gone through the de-scaling process and even endured the horrible tasting first cup after the fact and still nothing. And now we are receiving the Prime error message. I am going to contact Keurig to see if they can do anything, but who knows. You spend more money on a "better" system, but apparently that only makes it last a year longer than the regular version according to reviews.

I love my Keurig Platinum brewer! I really want to brag on Keurig customer service though. I use a lot of websites for ordering things and Keurig is at the top of my list for customer service! I have had to call them on 2 separate occasions and they did everything possible to help me and make sure I was happy. I can't count how many companies act like they don't care when you have issues like the item breaking or not working properly, etc... But Keurig definitely cares about their customers and are extremely fair. This is the first time I have ever reviewed ANY place on customer service, but I just can't say enough about them. Thank you so much Keurig!

I work at home and so does my wife. We each love the Keurig - we call it the best Christmas present ever! She can have coffee her way, then I can have a different kind a minute later. No cleaning out a pot and then brewing more - no urns to put the extra coffee into - it is all just one cup at a time. It's a beautiful thing! We've tried at least a huindred types and have narrowed the field to a few we love. We use the dispensers that hold an entire box. We have about 8 of them. We rotate a couple other than the ones we get consistently. The brewing noise startled my cat at first, but after a few days, he's cool with it. 5 Stars.

It seems to me that the major issue with this brewer is "Prime." My first brewer did that after only owing it for three months. It was replaced quickly and I was brewing again. However, after about 14 months, the problem has started again. I have descaled this brewer so that should not be an issue. It's really frustrating because we have to unplug the brewer and wait for it to cycle again in order to brew a cup of coffee. In the morning, when I am in a rush to get out the door, this can be a little bothersome. I truly hope the developers of this brewer read all of the comments and find a way to improve the performance on this model.

TALK ABOUT EASE OF USE... I BOUGHT THIS MACHINE LAST CHRISTMAS JUST TO SEE IF I WOULD LIKE IT. HOLLY COW WHAT A GREAT APPLIANCE. LET'S SEE ...... MULTIPLE CHOICES OF COFFEE OR TEA, NOTHING TO CLEAN OUT EVERYDAY, NO MESSY GRINDS TO CLEAN UP, NO FILTERS TO BUY, READY TO DRINK IN LESS THAN 30 SECONDS, AND THE COFFEE IS HOT...REALLY HOT, JUST THE WAY I LIKE IT. AND IT MAKES GREAT ICED COFFEE FOR OUR HOT SUMMERS HERE IN THE SOUTH. THIS IS THE BEST COFFEE POT I'VE EVER OWNED. AND KEURIG HAS LOTS OF SPECIALS ON THE K-CUPS THAT KEEPS ME COMING BACK FOR MORE. I'D RECOMMEND THIS MACHINE TO ALL. DUMP THOSE OLD COFFEE POTS..... AND ENJOY THIS NEW SYSTEM.

Great product for a cup of any beverage you choose, toss a tea bag, spoon of hot chocolate, etc. in a cup hit brew and bingo there it is. Had it for about 1 1/2 years. had priming issues initially, but those issues completely stopped when I unscrewed,(removed,)the screen at the bottom of the reservoir tank. I told customer service that the screen was too fine. But I see they haven't done anything to address this issue yet. I use it every day. Again, no priming issues with the screen removed. The only 1 complaint and I see it was mentioned earlier is that for a good cup of coffee the water should heat up to 200 degrees mot 192. This machine won't do it.
