Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Worked as expected, easy to program and use, appeared very secure. I looked at the same product at a local hardware store and it was $5 more. It was easy for me to order on line and pick up at the local home depot. The product was easy to setup, use, and appears to be very secure. I am totally happy with my experience on the Home Depot website and in the Home Depot store. May 14, 2013
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Tidy fix to my problem I was so pleased to find out these even existed for me to purchase! I first got a bigger, clunkier version made by a different company, but preferred this streamlined one. It was easy to set up and works perfectly, i.e., it's there when I need it, but I haven't needed it yet. It's much better to have my keys locked away safe instead of simply under a brick in my yard. Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by lock box These lock boxes are sturdy and good quality. The best price I could find as well. September 22, 2015
Rated 4.0 out of 5.0 by Cost effective solution for locking up a key This is a good little lockbox for the price. As others have said the instructions are a bit obscure despite all the pictures but the plastic card/screwdriver inside has better instructions than the manual. Basically pop the card out and turn the arrows pointing to the right to make a number part of the code or left to exclude the number then put the card back and test it. The code may be entered in any order. For those who are curious choosing 5, 6, or 7 as the instructions say means you have 1:582 odds of accidentally hitting the right combination assuming you don't know the length of the code. Good enough for me. July 20, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great option for easy property access... I own a real estate brokerage and therefore, need lots of keyboxes for easy agent access... We do have electronic MLS boxes, however, these are much more convenient and easier to use... Excellent product! August 25, 2015
Rated 2.0 out of 5.0 by Code should not be entered in any order "Code entered in any order" is a bad design. If I choose the max 7 numbers, thief only has to guess which 3 numbers are not used. August 26, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Great product! More than anything, this item provides me with peace of mind should the EMS need to gain quick access to a locked house if my dad's medical alert device goes off and he's not able to unlock the door. August 25, 2015
Rated 5.0 out of 5.0 by Much better than hiding a key under a rock I have two of these. One is at my "weekend place", which we sometimes loan out to friends. With this thing on the door, all we have to do is give them the code to the box. More importantly, I put one of these on my 89 year old Mom's porch railing so that when the paramedics respond to her emergency monitoring service, they have the code and don't have to break down the door to get to her. And, yes, they've done that twice. The monitoring service keeps the code, and my Mom's local police & fire dispatch also have the code tagged to her address. Could a bad guy pry this thing open? Probably. But, it wouldn't be easy or fast. If it's being used for access to an elderly person's home, it's very important to demonstrate how to "reload" the box after it's been used to get to the keys. April 29, 2012
