Hello MCS, Model 21010625 will not wirelessly interconnect with any other model. It will only interconnect with other alarms that are the same model (21010625) as itself. Thank you for your question.

Hello Olivia. This alarm doesn't have a level or a ranking like you are talking about. To be honest, I am not sure what you mean by level. Do you mean customer rating? Please re-ask your question with more of an explanation of what you mean by level or please call us at Kidde Product Support at 1-800-880-6788.

2-in-1 Battery Operated Wireless-Interconnected Combination Smoke and Carbon Monoxide Alarm with Voice is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 135.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Worked as expected, easy set up to operate wirelessly... may even be called fun! Very easy to set up as individual alarms -- like pull out of the package (takes a sharp knife!) The wireless set up was easy too -- just put on your glasses and make the DIP switches all have the same number and you are set and the fun begins. Of course you must in stall the 3 AA batteries also. Push the test button on one and it give audible and shrill beep we all know and hate, but a voice comes on and says "FIRE" and then it beeps and speaks again in testing the carbon monoxide. I mounted mine upstairs and down. At some point when wife upstairs, I pushed the test button down stairs and it went thru the "test cycle" and she got to hear it work upstairs as the wireless system alerts all areas when either alarm activates. Do we lack real fun in our life if this was FUN? The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 was because I foresee having to change batteries more often than with more typical 9V batteries found in other fire alarms. Time will tell...

Rated 5 out of 5 by from THEY ALARM IN SYNC! I just purchased a home with a full basement and finished attic. Having an alarm system on each floor that works in unison regardless of where the danger source exists is ingenious. I have 2 kids and this really gives you piece of mind. The set up was incredibly easy and they literally work right out of the box. All you need to do is set the dip switches to the same sequence on each alarm. Then test and make sure the others also go off. Installation is ONE SCREW!! I set-up and installed the 3 alarms in under 30 minutes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Our 25 year old smoke detectors finally died, (yes, I know I should have replaced them years ago)... Our 25 year old smoke detectors finally died, (yes, I know I should have replaced them years ago). I liked the idea of having smoke detectors that would all go off at once if I wanted them to, so I bought this 3 pack. I was amazed at how easy it was to set the 3 smoke detectors to the same "pin" settings. My suggestion would be to open up all the smoke detectors and set the pins BEFORE putting the batteries in. The pins are behind the battery compartment so I had to remove them to set the "pins". Also, as a 57 year old female with less than optimal eyesight and not so nimble fingers, I used an extra light and a little magnifying glass to be certain I had all the pins set correctly. A small little tool, like a pen or eyeglass screwdriver would help with the pin setting too. After you set the pins to the same positions in all the smoke detectors, put the batteries in. Next, prepare yourself for some fun as you test the detectors to be certain they are properly synced. (You may want ear plugs for this.) So that I would know all 3 detectors were synced before I put them up, I placed one on my kitchen counter, one on the coffee table in the living room and the third on my dining room table. I then pressed the button on the first detector and the Magic began. The detector actually spoke and alarmed, it was cool. All 3 alarms sounded. But, since I can be a little worry wart, I proceeded to test the second detector, then the third. I know, it was a little overkill, but I wanted to be sure they all were synced. My husband installed the 3 smoke detectors and claimed "they were easier to install than the first ones". He is honest about these things, so I trust that installation was a breeze. I was impressed when I read the directions for installation because it said how to make sure they all face the same direction by aligning arrows. When I cook I tend to set off smoke detectors, don't judge me I just don't have cooking talent. Fortunately, my husband is retired and does most of the cooking. BUT, for those instances I do cook and make smoke, these detectors have a little pause or delay button that prevents them from sounding for I think 8 minutes, enough time to clear my smoke. I'm not positive with the delay time, but I am pretty sure it is 8 minutes. My husband and I both love these new smoke detectors. They look nice, have a voice and alarm to wake very sound sleepers, and work; plus they were reasonably priced! Who could ask for anything more?

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent product I really love these smart Kidde 2-in-1 battery operated wireless combination fire smoke and CO alarms. I purchased many of them to install one in each room of my large house. They are very easy to install, program and test. Love them, love them, love them and if you buy them on-line in a 3 pack, which I received as individual packs, but for the price of a 3 pack, which saves you money. If you set the dip switches to the same code, then all the alarms activate if one activates. The voice announcement is terrific as well. Great, smart device!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Good add on, works with Wink The install is pretty effortles, set the dip switches to same code, insert battery, add to Wink. I would power up each one near Wink, one at at tine after the first one is registered. I believe that is necessary to register just one with Wink. Wink shows only one detector for all detectors so you cannot determine which one went off over Wink notifications via a "robot" in Wink. I really like that all detectors will alarm if any of them detect smoke or CO2. This inter-networking will happen even if Wink goes down due to power failure for example. I have 5 detectors and may add more. I think that it is a good addition to a home automation system and the remote notification via Wink is just a bonus.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Simply the best smoke detector made right now. Voice announcments are clear and loud. The wirel... Simply the best smoke detector made right now. Voice announcments are clear and loud. The wireless features make it so that when one goes off they all go off. And they use AA batteries. Most people have some AA batteries around, so when it needs batteries you're more likely to install them. Also since they're wireless you can put them in your shed, garage or RV parked next to the house and you'll know if something is going on out there. Plus you can use lithium batteries so even if the unit in the garage or shed gets really cold it will still work.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great alarms! These alarms are truly great. My father is a firemen so fire alarms are a necessity. He bought one of these for all of our rooms and it truly does make me feel safe and at ease. At night when I lie on bed and I see the green light flash telling me it's charged and communizing with the other alarms, it really let's me go to bed with a peace of mind.
