Ease of use is very important to other Realtors. Could not get key box to open. Cost me a lot of time & missed opportunity & money. They make very good fishing weights though !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Do not buy this. Not a good product. Guess what?? MADE IN CHINA ... GO FIGURE. Instructions are pictures and broken English, but you have your choice of 17 other languages. I would pay more for a box that worked & is made in the USA!

Its simple to install- Built like a brick s-house with fortified walls !! Durable- Opens in any weather- Secure- VERY difficult to open without combo- Doesn't break- Worth the price- Easy to program- Everyone should have one of these for any location you may need an accessible key in a hurry! I have had 10 or more at different residential and critical business locations.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Does the job We bought a few of these boxes to store keys at different job sites. They have really come in handy. They do the job and have been working great for our service techs who need to get into our electrical boxes.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from EXCELLENT Product!!! I initially was turned onto this product by a friend who had one - she kept locking herself out of her house (it was an auto-lock door) and this saved her many times. Because I had medical issues going on, I bought one in case I was incapacitated and someone had to get in for a medical emergency. The box is all heavy steel (including the back) with long screws so even if someone wanted to break in, ripping it off the side of your house and getting in the box would prove more tricky then breaking a window. Seems to be rustproof and with a simple "keying" mechanism inside, should last indefinitely with little chance of mechanical error. Since the screws (included) that hold the box on the wall are relatively small in diameter, the holes are discreet and allow for easy cover-up and patching if moving whether siding, brick or stucco (good for apartment/rental use). It has come in extremely handy for when I have traveled (to let someone in to check the place), for my housekeeper, or I ended up working late and a friend was coming over. Since the code can be changed in a matter of minutes, there is no fear of firing the housekeeper or losing a friend and them having the code and is *much* less expensive than having the house re-keyed. I would highly recommend to anyone as a safe, convenient place to keep a spare key in a secure location.
