The screws that came were kinda cheap so I had to buy stronger screws but installation was fine. I did add a washer under the screw heads when I attached the device to get a little more purchase. The device is strong - doubt you could get into it without getting it off the wall and using a sledge. The combination was no order meaning you choose what buttons to push regardless of order. E.G. If the selected combination was 1234, you could put in 4213 and it would still open. No biggie and you can choose how many buttons you want to push including all of them or just one! I am pleased with purchase.

I bought 2 of the Pushbutton Slimline Combination key boxes and they both work great! My problem, is with the inadequate instructions that were enclosed. If I could just give the “instruction sheet” minus 10 stars, I would.
Most people, who write these instructions, have NEVER taken a technical writing course and are not very skilled in communication. Their idea of instructions is to use as few words as possible (so they can “CRAM”) 17 different languages upon a piece of paper, then supplement it with pictures that really do not tell you the whole story. For instance picture #6 should actually be placed before picture #5 to get a better idea of how to set the combination lock screws on this device. But wait! Remove the protective card on the back of the face plate that attaches to the lock box and there you will see a picture that actually shows you how to set the lock. They could have used this picture and eliminated 4 or 5 other pictures.
So, if you have an analytical mind you will be able to figure this out. Also, you may need a magnifying glass to see the arrows on top of the (on/off) set screws on the back of the face plate.

Used outside elderly parent's home to allow caregivers access. Does what it says, some effort to mount.

This is a great lockbox. Because it's fastened to the wall it doesn't encumber the doorknob. The combination is flexible and easy to change. I have four of these in rental properties and they are ideal at providing renters with access to the key(s) without having a clunky, unsightly lockbox hanging on the door. Inexpensive, but looks and works well. Definitely the way to go!

Nice quality lockbox did not like that they now required 5 number minimum in combination, preferred the 4. Still a good product. Easy to use.

Perfect key safe. Used it to lock up a key for our clinic medication cabinet, as required by our school district.
Easy to install and use.
A good value.

I love this key box and my mother has one also.
It is easier to break into my home by brute force than to break into the key box. Even if one somehow is able to rip the box off the wall, it is steel and very difficult to break open.
It is a good value, easy to install.
A potential downside is it doesn't matter which order you enter the numbers in the combination, but there are enough possible combinations to make this a viable product.
