I ordered this on line and it arrived quickly and in a very well thought out package. Absolutely no damage. I elected to finish this with satin poly urethane and aside from that process being time consuming, it was well worth the effort. The finished door looks great. My only complaint is that the track bracket that the stationary side of the door engages has a funny tab built in to it that prevents the door from folding completely flat when fully open. If you have never finished a louvered door, keep in mind that it is time consuming as the raw wood will soak up the first coat of paint or varnish and will raise the grain. It will need to be sanded smooth between coats if you want to end up with a smooth finish. You must also be careful not to cause drips on the opposite side you are working on. Not for the painting impaired! Worth the effort, but be patient.

Door came in faster than expected. It was packaged well, had one small dent in between the two sections which would not have shown. The wood was very nice, blemish free.
Can't comment on installation because not installed as I had to return it for a non-bifold door.
Door came with all hardware, all well packed. Over all I would recommend this door.
If you call the store at least an hour before you arrive, they will have it ready for you at the service desk.
Over all a good transaction.
In addition, return was very easy.

Well the manufacturer says the optimum size is 29 11/16" per door to fit into a 30" wide expanse (so for a 60" opening the 2 doors ought to fit, right? Wrong. The remaining 1/16" on each side isn't enough for the doors to glide smoothly and then meet in the center without binding up.). So, I've shaved/sanded the doors down about another 1/16" to have that swing room otherwise the doors will scrape the door frame and/or bind up when closed. I've also had to cut the door tracks (both of them) down the same amount - 1/16". This last set I ordered also had a cracked door panel below the louvered part of the door which I just accepted because it would take too long to get another door - not to mention the hassel involved. On top of that one of the plastic glide's that goes into the door track was busted. I did call Home Depot about this and I will get the part sometime in the next 2 weeks.

the dimensions on the door were not what I ordered. The height was supposed to be 78 inches. The one I received was 80 1/2 inches.
