The cooker has two 54,000 BTU cast burners and a 14 in. x 28 in. cooking surface. The cooker legs snap on and off for easy transport and storage. The cooker comes with a manifold for individual flame control and includes two fry thermometers to monitor the temperature of the cooking liquids. Cook all your foods to perfection every time.
