After 3 years, a small rubber O-ring failed, causing a leak that steadily grew worse. No replacement parts were available (specialty size) and no warranty, so we had to replace the whole faucet - what a waste. We replaced this with a Delta faucet, which made me realize what I'd been missing with this Kingston one. The weight on the pull-out hose is in a fixed position and always got caught on the plumbing under the sink. Water pressure is poor. Water continues to flow for a second after it is shut off (emptying the pull-out hose) - I thought this was true of all pull-outs, but after installing my new one I found out that's not so. This faucet works - but if you spend a few extra dollars for a better quality, more well-known brand, you'll be a lot happier.

Installation was not difficult but about 2 seconds after turning it on, the water flow dwindled.
The water flow was so low I couldn't clean the sink and it took a very long time to get a glass of water. I had it removed, checked and reinstalled and its now even worse. The faucet dribbles now.
Its a pretty piece of junk!

I've never had a problem with water pressure or flow through the old faucet. I noticed while installing this one that the copper lines were very small (1/4 inch or less). After installing the faucet and turning the water on the flow is not adequate. It would take about a minute to fill a glass of water. I will be removing and returning this faucet.
